Truth behind the allegation of land grabbing
S. Pratap along with his brothers, S. Vinayaka Rao and S. Jeevan Rao, donated land in Bidadi, India to Sri Nithyananda Swami in 2003 and 2004.
On December 30, 2004 they brothers gifted the land to Paramahamsa Nithyananda, fulfilling the mystical vision they had, which told on the brothers to donate the land to a young Swami with a smiling face and turban on the head by the name ‘Sri Nithyananda Swami’.

On accusation of illegal storage of Sandalwood
Sandalwood was seized from the ashram on which false allegations of storage of sandal wood were made. were left behind by some thieves, Nithyananda said. The incident was informed to the forest department, which ignored it as minor issue.

Accusation regarding death of an elderly devotee
A Canadian national, Melvin Boyd Diamond (58), had met with an accidental death at his ashram on December 13, 2008. “He was seen many times sitting on the parapet, shaking his leg. One day, he fell from the parapet and the devotees rushed him to the hospital, where he was declared brought dead”, clarified Sri Nithyananda Swamiji.
Baseless allegations made to defame and hurt devotees and the organization
There were completely malicious, baseless allegations made with an intention to emotionaly hurt and defame the organization. Paramahamsa Nithyananda denied allegations of rape, detention of young devotees. He termed them as “impure lies.”
Later the truth will come out that the video is fake, and the ‘presstitute’ news aired whatever they thought would get them ratings, without any caution, and without taking any steps to first verify the authenticity of what they were broadcasting.
Literally, every kind of lie imaginable was printed, from accusations of rape, to illegal animal trading, to stock market schemes, to the most ridiculous allegations.

But without any of that, filing rape charge the Tamil Nadu police, and then Karnataka police picking up that case, Karnataka CID and the Revenue department, forest department, FEMA department, IT department, Food and essential commodities, that department, Passport- external affairs department, impounding my passport illegally before any conviction or without any conviction or anything, illegally. So 9 departments Central and State departments have jumped on me.’
Moreover regarding the problems that Police is continuing to give, Nithyananda said that his ashram disciples are going to meet Chief Minister Yedurappa and given a petition. He said that the chief minister must intervene in this problem, only with his intervention there will be a solution for me from the problems the police are giving me and my ashram. Nithyananda said that till then the protest by his ashram disciples will continue.
Nithyananda, ‘The Honourable Karnataka Chief Minister intervenes and stop this harassment and withdraw the false charges and all the cases and arrests the real conspirators, and blackmailers and persecutors. Our devotees and disciples have decided to go on indefinite fast. We have no other way to tell our suffering to the government. We have no other way to bring it to the attention of the government all our suffering and all the torture they are giving. Continuously if you file false charges and false cases, where is the time to handle? And where is the time to do our social service and work?’
Nithyananda said that there were 2 very big and influential people and that they demanded 200 crores from him for that false CD that was fabricated to show as if it was me. As to who those people are he said he would reveal that only in court.
Nithyananda,’Ramalingaiah was saying to my admin head, ‘we will show you the power of police. We will show you the police power. I wanted to tell all of you we will show our spiritual power.’
He said that above all this, this is a conspired act and that behind this there are big influential people and that, that is the reason for the continued problems from the police and that they were preventing spiritual service from happening.
Nithyananda, ‘Finally my only word is I humbly request Honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka to look into this matter immediately and stop this religious persecution. Stop this continuous harassment, completely illegal and the police atrocity on us. We are ready to provide all the evidences for what they have done. And police is not even interested in listening.’
Truly when we research on Nithyananda’s case it is crystal clear that many truths have been lesser. Because just like the story ‘tiger is coming, tiger is coming’ Nithyananda is telling that two important people are threatening him and asking him for money all the time otherwise they say that he will have to face shame but we do not understand till now what is the mystery as to why till now there is no news about those people.
Moreover behind Lenin Karuppan, who are all orchestrating this? Are they political celebrities or other celebrities and for what reason they are going behind Nithyananda, we do not clearly know. All expect that for all this, only the court has to give an apt answer.

Now remember that the self styled God man Nithyananda has been of the center of a sex scandal.
This after a video of his alleged sleazy acts were telecast in channels in Tamil Nadu on the 2nd of March this year.
Two weeks after his sex video rocked the nation, formal charges against the IPC were framed against Nithyananda.
The Karnataka police have registered a case against him in Bidadi.
The swami was booked under section 295A for outraging religious sentiments, section 377 for unnatural sex, section 120B for criminal conspiracy, section 420 for cheating and section 376 for rape.
The case was filed on the basis of the complaint which was filed by the swami’s aide, Dharmananda.
However the swami whose whereabouts are not known as of yet has claimed throughout that the images had been morphed and that he had not done anything illegal or against the law.
Meanwhile, the Karnataka High Court refused to pass orders on an anticipatory bail application filed by the self styled God man terming Nithyananda’s fears as unfounded.

The self styled God man hit the headlines after a video was released in which the swami was allegedly having sex with some of his disciples.
The swami has been crying foul all along, still maintaining his innocence.
The God man has now decided a life of seclusion and meditation.
Swami Nithyananda: ‘I have decided to live a life of spiritual seclusion for some indefinite time.’
So while maintaining his innocence, swami Nithyananda has decided to step down as the head of Dhyanapeetam.
So far, swami Nithyananda’s prayers have gone unanswered.
Having realized that the controversy over his raunchy sex video will not flow over quickly, the tainted God man has decided to maintain a low profile.
Probably, that is why the self styled God man had decided to resign as the head of his ashram.
Swami Nithyananda: ‘I am resigning as the head of the Dhyanapeetam and from all the trusts associated with it. A board of Trustees consisting from sadhakas of Dhyanapeetam who are non-controversial, will henceforth manage the Dhyanapeetam.’
Nithyananda issued the statement late Monday night from an undisclosed location.
Though he has resigned as the head of Dhyanapeetam, the elusive swami maintains his silence on the sex tapes.
However, he has alleged it is all part of a conspiracy by the media.
Swami Nithyananda: The reason media reports do not in any way affect the the validity or the success of one’s sadhana. Now Lenin, who had released that particular sex video, has been provided with security after he said he feared for his life.
In his complaint, Lenin had accused the Swami of raping a woman and having sex with an unnamed porn actress.

They have handed over the case papers to Karnataka.
They claim that the papers were delivered 3 days ago.

The Karnataka Home Minister V.S. Acharya flatly denies ever receiving those papers.

Still the Karnataka Home Minister claims that there is no solid evidence to book Swami Nithyananda as of now.
