VICTORY! False accuser and convicted child molester Vinay Bharadwaj ordered by US Court to pay $500,000 in damages for the false case against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda that was dismissed earlier in Nov 2012. Vinay Bharadwaj, a former devotee, had cooked up this false allegation against Paramahamsa Nithyananda to venge his anger for being sent out of the adheenam for his inappropriate behaviour.
Honorable Judge Keith Davis commented that the nearly $500,000 in requested fees was “reasonable and appropriate” given the prolonged litigation which consisted of numerous motions, filings, hearings and rulings.
LOS ANGELES, CA – On April 4, 2013, the Superior Court of the State of California which had earlier in November 2012 dismissed the case filed by Vinay Bharadwaj on Swami Nithyananda and others, including allegations of unnatural sex (same allegation made in the case against Sri Nithyananda Swami in India), granted the motion for Vinay Bharadwaj to pay the attorney fees as well to Swami Nithyananda and others.
In a short hearing for a Motion for Attorneys fees brought by defendants in the case of Vinay K. Bharadwaj v. Nithyananda Foundation, et al (Case No.CIVRS1013793), Honorable Judge Keith Davis granted the defendant’s’ motion in its entirety and described the motion as “well taken”. Judge Davis further commented that the nearly $500,000 in requested fees was “reasonable and appropriate” given the prolonged litigation which consisted of numerous motions, filings, hearings and rulings.
The Court had earlier in November 2012 dismissed Bharadwaj’s baseless complaint with prejudice and with terminating sanctions against Bharadwaj, including importantly the non-cooperation of Vinay Bharadwaj with the judicial process.
It is to be noted that this is the same Vinay Bharadwaj who was convicted and sentenced to 4.75 years for 4 counts of child molestation of minor in Seattle Washington.

Davis, DISMISSED with prejudice, the entire civil case (CIV RS 1013793) filed by Vinay K. Bharadwaj against Sri Nithyananda Swami, Nithyananda Foundation and others.
- July 30, 2013 – The U.S. Court of Appeal – Fourth District DISMISSED Bharadwaj’s appeal in its entirety of the above mentioned civil case.
- August 28, 2013 – The U.S. Court of Appeal – Fourth District DENIED Bharadwaj’s request to reopen his defunct appeal.
- October 18, 2013 – The U.S. Court of Appeal – Fourth District again DENIED Bharadwaj’s request to the court to stay any final action regarding his already failed appeal.
… Surely the media would have immediately picked this up and reported it because it could help clear Swamiji’s name, right?? Wrong… why would the presstitude tabloid media which profited heavily from increased viewership while broadcasting lies about Swamiji suddenly be interested in evidence helping to defend Nithyananda’s innocence?
