An Aadheenam is a temple-monastery complex which researches, preserves and administers Santana Hindu Dharma (now called Hinduism) as a lifestyle for millions of seekers. His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda actively establishes Aadheenams all over the world as a part of His mission to bring a superconscious breakthrough to humanity. All Aadheenams follow the Shaivite (Hindu tradition worshipping MahaSadashiva, the Primordial Hindu Divinity) philosophy as prescribed by the Agamas (Hindu Source Texts directly spoken by MahaSadashiva) as a premise for their administration.
It is the mission of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda to establish this Sanatana Hindu Dharma lifestyle as a Science, and deliver it to humanity through Aadheenams. Throughout history whenever there is a breakthrough in consciousness, there is always the establishment of Aadheenams. When Devi Meenakshi (Hindu Goddess who incarnated on planet Earth) ruled the ancient 54 communities living on planet Earth in approximately 1st century CE, she and her Divine Consort Sundareshwara (embodiment of MahaSadashiva), established the Madurai Aadheenam. In Varanasi, when Sadashiva built the great city of Varanasi, he founded the Mahanirvani Akkhada, which is the oldest apex body of Hinduism. Even, the divine Avatar of Sadashiva, Shankaracharya, established four mutts (or Aadheenams) in order to preserve and propagate the knowledge of the Vedas and Upanishad – Hindu Source texts. For thousands of years, these Aadheenams were research facilities where the original shastras, or scriptures, were researched, understood and applied as a life style by the civilization living in that era, thus fulfilling the original purpose of the scriptures.
Throughout a history of brutal attacks by anti-Hindu elements, the Aadheenams and temples of Sanatana Hindu Dharma were always targeted first. Countless numbers of temples have been destroyed and millions of Hindus brutally murdered with a clear indoctrinated agenda to eradicate this lifestyle from planet Earth. That is why in the attacks against Paramahamsa Nithyananda, anti-Hindu forces in the media and invested parties aim to eliminate His massive presence, as the most followed, most rapidly growing leader of Hinduism, who uncompromisingly adheres to the Agamas. His Divine Holiness is perceived as the biggest threat to all the illegal networks of society, including drug trade, sex trade, money laundering – all in the hands of powerful people. Because of this stand, anti-Hindu and anti-national forces together demonstrated their intention by mutilating His poster boards, burning His effigies, cutting off the head of His idols and assaulting those who represent Him, in their ultimate attempt to murder Him.
Upon the release of the fabricated video on March 2, 2010, showing His Divine Holiness and a South Indian actress, SunTV conspirators executed a murderous hunt all over South India for His Divine Holiness. They were looking to assassinate Him, destroying His character in the event. To fulfill this mission, conspirators did so in four ways: inhumane alien treatment of His Divine Holiness and His devotees, an onslaught of false cases meant to legally overwhelm Him, thousands of atrocity material generated by the media and brutal assault with the intention to erase Sanatana Hindu Dharma from the face of the Planet. Despite all of this, due to the sheer perseverance and sacrifice of His Divine Holiness, although each Aadheenam has endured battles in multiple fronts, today each of its stands as a pillar of the mission of His Divine Holiness in re-establishing Sanatana Hindu Dharma in the world.
