Let’s talk about Swami Nithyananda. This is the name of that 32 year old saint whose objectionable video has shaken the trust and faith of many people. There are five serious allegation on Nithyananda and for the first time this saint is presenting justification on TV on allegations on him.

32 years in age, smile on face, and coming out of the mouth, big talks of knowledge. By seeing and listening to this person, it’s very unlikely that someone may guess that he is not under one or two but caught in many big allegations, the most grave amongst them is his objectionable behavior with two women. Yes, he is no one but Karnataka’s and Tamilnadu’s extremely popular spiritual guru Swami Nithyananda, who is absconding and currently his whereabouts are unknown.
Karnataka high court has currently put ban on the pictures of those malicious acts of swami. But, captured in those objectionable images the actions of Nithyananda have certainly created sensations in many cities. Out of those two females, one is a popular heroin of south India also.
Today for the first time, swami Nithyananda is going to come infront of you to give justification on this act of his.
Nithyananda is also saying that everything is a well thought and planned conspiracy. This conspiracy against me is executed in a very well thought and understood manner. The disputed CD has been cleverly handed over to politicians, media and people.
Nithyananda and his lawyer are saying that everything is a result of media and wrong publicity. But in the name of religion, this saint who has caused hurt to the faith is forgetting that the sin does not reduce by blaming media for the allegations.
Allegation of economical deception is also there on Nithyananda in Chennai. Along with that, few days back a person died mysteriously in Baba’s ashram. Swami Nithyananda was accused for that person’s murder.
Swami Nithyananda first time opened his mouth on this allegation also.
This saint is presenting his justification for the first time on TV and is denying all allegations in a sophisticated manner. But he is forgetting that people’s faith has been hurt somewhere, that’s why all these allegations have come out, now we leave this up to you to decide whether all the evidences are telling lies or Swami Nithyananda and his plea.

To debate regarding the Nithyananda ashram issue, headed by CM Sadananda gowda, there was a high end meeting that happened in Vidaan Sowda. Lets see now about the decision that was taken regarding what action to be taken against Nithyananda:
About 2 days back, the govt had ordered the district administration, to come up with a detailed report. With regarding to the present situation in and around the premises of Nithyananda Ashram in Bidadi. Today we received the report, and the law minister, the home minister and the district minister, along with the officers we had detailed discussion, and we decided to hold a high level enquiry headed by the regional commissioner to look into the matter in detail. To the district administration and the superintendant of police, RamNagar. To set the premises and draw a mahajar and take possession of the ashram property and see that law and order is maintained in the locality. We have asked the home department to see the bail applications =, the bail already issued to Nithyananda Swamiji should be cancelled. For that reason, legal action should be taken immediately. Hope finally, the arrest of Nithyananda should be done as early as possible. Speedy mechanism should be opted for this purpose.

Unending Saga of Illegal arrests & Inhuman Torture
1. In April & May 2010, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda was subjected to illegal imprisonment for 53 days with third-degree torture which is illegal in India. Click here to read more on the torture.
2. Denied food and water in prison.
3. In May 2012, when Swami Nithyananda petitioned the Court to prove third degree illegal torture, State police lied to the court that the CCTV footage was stolen. 4. On 14th June 2012, Swami Nithyananda was arrested a second time illegally for preventive maintenance of law and order when his premises were ransacked and followers assaulted and beaten by the political and religious groups and the media streamed this live. 5. The Indian Court ordered medical test on Swami Nithyananda to test his potency (though there was no order of medical test on the woman alleging rape even though she was known to have STDs). When he was on the way to the hospital, they tried to block him and stop his vehicle. The vehicle had the monk of Swami Nithyananda in it and he was assaulted instead. The follower of Swami Nithyananda who was attacked with attempt to murder him filed a police complaint but the police refused to take action and closed the complaint.
During the medical test conducted by the police on Swami Nithyananda, they abused his religious vocation of being a monk by illegally allowing women doctors during his medical test and showing pornography before him in an attempt to arouse him sexually as his body was clearly showing no libido or sexual response. As a monk, masturbation is against his principles. But the police and the doctors forced him to masturbate to somehow elicit a sexual response from him. His complaint to the police was not acted upon. They replied claiming innocence. After the medical test, frustrated that there was no sexual response from Swami Nithyananda, the police tried to forcefully get a response and in the process damaged his body and put him in tremendous pain and life threat. Then they refused to give him an ambulance even denying him basic medical assistance and human rights. The media waiting to make a parody of justice was waiting and hounded him and chased like paparazzi behind his ambulance. The media chased his vehicle which had to speed with tyres burning. The media tried to lynch Swami Nithyananda in broad daylight especially when he was not even in a state to walk after the forced medical test and had to be wheeled in a wheelchair.

A video tape that shows the sex Swami in his prison cell and then being moved into the interrogation chamber where he is seated at a table and then he’s being questioned by the C.I.D

He is explaining his case to the C.I.D officials there who are sitting three at abreast behind that big desk in a cell in Bangalore.
Nithyananda was removed from his prison cell.
In fact and then brought to this interrogation centre.
He is said to have denied any links to any of those sex tapes.

But Nithyananda said: I know that the woman is an actress. I can’t recognise anyone else. I was in a state of trance at that time. I don’t remember anything

The C.I.D asked him why are the idols made here and sold with American invoices
To that Nithyananda answered in high court: It was all made here and sold there. The money directly goes to the trust.

Mostly from donations was the monosyllabic answer from Nithyanand.

The C.I.D asked him point blank. ‘What about the non disclosure agreement signed about tantric sex?
Nithyananda is reportedly told his interrogators and I quote, ‘I know there was some agreement in place. My devotees have done it. I don’t have any details. This was purely meant for devotees in America
Times Now has accessed the details of sex Swami Nithyanand’s interrogation.
And these are basically what he has been saying to his C.I.D interrogators.
Nithyananda also said, I am not a man. There is no way I did all that. Do a test on me. You will know.
So Nithyananda very very clearly distancing himself. Nithyananda goes onto say that he is not quite the individual that is being supposedly typecast in those sex tapes.

Dhanya describe the body language that we see on these tapes of Swami Nithyanandaji sitting in his prison cell before he is removed and brought to interrogation chamber, but there he seems to be more relaxed
Dhanya: Well yes. The visuals that we are running Rahul is from the first day when Nithyananda was bought to Bangalore. In fact, thats the CC Tv footage from the interrogation room where he was kept inside the C.I.D office. Now very strangely that day Rahul, the audio did not get recorded and the entire proceedings had to be repeated by the C.I.D once again the next day. Now what sources in the C.I.D office tell us is that Nithyananda was a very difficult man to interview because mostly he would answer in monosyllables. He was of course co-operating with the investigators but not giving out much information. He kept denying that he was the one in that video. Now he would go into trance in between. He would start meditating in between the questioning. So definitely it was not easy task for the Bangalore C.I.D but they are hoping that they will get some sort of a breakthrough to make water tight case against him. The questions Rahul were not just pertaining to the sleaze CD but about more serious accusations. About the charity trust amassing wealth running upto 40 crore Indian rupees.
