Sun TV COO (Chief Operating Officer) Hansraj Saxena confessed on National Public Television that Sun TV created and aired the morphed video in 2010 to blackmail and extort money from HDH Paramahamsa Nithyananda. He also exposed the other common illegal activities of Sun TV CEO, Kalanidhi Maran, who is now officially charged in a multi-million dollar telephone exchange scam by defrauding the Indian government.

At the time of the confession of Mr. Saxena:
- multiple court orders and sanctions from media regulatory bodies had already been filed against the TV channels which published the video.
- Furthermore, USA courts had already thrown out the cases filed by false accusers Arathi Rao and Vinay Bharadwaj against Paramahamsa Nithyananda and levied on both a $400,000 judgement for the false slander.
- Not able to reconcile the numerous holes in her fabricated story, Aarathi Rao finally went to plan B and changed her accusation from rape to consensual sex.
Sun TV Saxena Confesses ‘Video is Morphed’ on National Television: says “Nithyananda CD matter is the threat drama staged by that news editor….”
Translation of Saxena’s words:
They (Kalanidhi Maran group) came and took away 12 crore rupees threatening me. I have video evidence. I have audio evidence. They are threatening me with death. They are saying they will bring men from Chittor and sack me. They are threatening that in 3 days they will finish me off. Nithyananda CD matter is the threat drama staged by that news editor and the men in the department. In that news department they will telecast anything for money and stop telecasting anything for money. Sir, it is that news editor Raja and his team who are doing this. In their team they keep a network of men and send them to cover factories all over Tamil Nadu and shoot such things and they present to the people such: ‘Drainage is coming out the factory! People are in fear! People are suffering!’ and along with this they will show shots of a couple of aged ladies sitting and coughing! (as if to show health hazard) and once they telecast that presentation, they will send men to those factories and negotiate and get money from the factory owners!
Saxena and others have filed a complaint that Sun TV founder, Kalanidhi Maran is making death threats to the commissioner of police.
SUN TV and SUN Picture’s managing director Kalanidhi Maran’s partner and Chief Executive Officer Hansraj Saxena has been imprisoned on the cheating charges filed by film distributors and producers. After their bail they have filed a complaint with the commissioner of police, Chennai. They have said Kalanidhi Maran is issuing death threats to them and continuously threatening them through goondas. Speaking to the press, Saxena said when he was in the prison, Kalanidhi Maran’s official executives threatened his wife and extorted 12 crore rupees. In the matter related to Paramahamsa Nithyananda CD, SUN TV involved itself in extorting money and SUN TV is continuing to involve itself in going behind industrialists to extort money threatening them.
Confession comes after video is already discredited
In his interviews, Saxena is only saying what was very clear by this time, as the authenticity of the video was already thoroughly discredited by no less than 4 highly esteemed FBI level forensic expert witnesses who said that the video was not genuine in an extremely detailed analysis.
