Some key highlights: Before her deposition and document production dates, the false rape victim, filed for bankruptcy in Michigan on November 1, 2011 The bankruptcy court denied her motion finding no evidence of any threats made to her physical safety and ordered her to appear at the meeting. The false rape victim intentionally failed and refused to appear the meeting. As a result, the bankruptcy trustee filed a motion of dismissal , which the false rape victim did not oppose. The court granted the motion and the bankruptcy petition was ordered dismissed as of February 7, 2012.

Now mind you, this is only the beginning of Aarthi Rao’s legal troubles for falsely accusing His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
