HDH blessed and gave sacred ash for healing, and while doing so upfront told the wife and daughter of the anti-Hindu leader that Tamil Nadu was in such a sorry state just because of the leader.

(1) Compassion
(2) With his few words revealed the ultimate truth to the anti-Hindu forces – “Life has no hypocrisy,” “You cannot cheat life,” “Karma is real.”

(1) Two decades of persecution by the multiple State and Central governments.
(2) More than 70 assassination attempts for saying what was true for sake of Hinduism.

2003 – Caste supremacist militants cheated His Divine Holiness, grabbing a temple property and building, attacked further by publishishing defamatory article against HDH falsely alleging that His monastery was a training camp for the LTTE, a well known International Terrorist Group.

(I) What happened: 2002-2003 – Nagaraj Shetty had donated a small piece of land near the sacred Banyan Tree were HDH had envisioned a grand golden temple dedicated to Lord Paramashiva. Nagaraj Shetty had a dispute with a caste supremacist militant named Rajanna who claimed Nagaraj had promised to give him the land to him. In revenge Rajanna tied Nagaraj to a tree and physically assaulted him. When HDH found this out, to protect Nagaraj from Rajanna, HDH offered the land back, the only condition HFH put was that Nagaraj should pay back HDH with the building and infrastructure costs. Both Nagaraj and Rajanna agreed and they promised to pay HDH. However after grabbing the land, Nagaraj Shetty did not pay back HDH. On the contrary, in spite of getting the land, Nagaraj did not stop and employed a  magazine to attack HDH further by publishishing a defamatory article about His Divine Holiness in which they accused that the HDH’s monastery at Bidadi was being used as a training camp for the LTTE, a well known International Terrorist Group.

(II) What the anti-Hindu forces wanted :
Stop HDH’s mission of reviving Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
Wanted to grab his temple land and properties.

(III) What HDH stood for :
(1) Compassion  – The original donor was getting beaten for giving the land to HDH instead of a militant mafia so claimed prior ownership. Seeing the conflict, HDH compassionately offered to return the land, under the condition that the money spent on building the buildings is paid back to the temple trust.
(2) Integrity  – The money donated for temple should be used only for temple, so HDH held His ground and demanded that what was taken from the temple property be paid back to the trust.

(1) The caste supremacist militants published defamatory slanderous articles making false allegations against HDH.

25 December, 2009 – Attempt to Poison His Divine Holiness in Nithyananda Peetham, Bengaluru, India

(I) What happened:
(1). To assassinate His Divine Holiness – Conspirator Aarthi Rao mixed an unknown poison in a drink and offered it to His Divine Holiness during His birth star celebration on 25 December 2009.
(2). Aarthi Rao planted a spy camera in the living quarters of His Divine Holiness with help of co-conspirator Lenin. This raw footage was used to fabricate a defamatory video to start the main lawfare against His Divine Holiness of false accusations of rape. This raw footage was passed to the kidnap ransom and extortion broker Nakkheeran Gopal (also founder of a yellow tabloid Nakkeeran) and mediahouse Sun TV by Lenin.

(II) What the anti-Hindu forces wanted :
– Stop HDH’s mission of reviving Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
– Assassinate HDH.
– Grab HDH’s temples land and property
– Take over the organization and use HDH’s large devotee and disciples volunteer teams for realizing their anti-social, terrorist interests.

(III) What HDH stood for :
Compassion  – Kept no-doors policy of inviting one and all for the possibility of transformation to higher Consciousness and extreme integrity to that mission and purpose of his happening, even at the risk to his very life every moment from anti-freedom and anti-Hindu forces.

(IV) What HDH had to face for standing up for ultimate principles of Sanatana Hindu Dharma
Several times His body was poisoned from 2009 to 2019. It took His body advanced yogic cleansing techniques to recover and heal Himself. 

2010 – Conspiracy, blackmail, extortion, Attempted Murders, and illegal imprisonment

(I) What happened:
(1). Nakkeeran, Sridhar, Lenin and other caste supremacist and atheistic terrorist element conspire to extort money from His Divine Holiness.
(2). They threaten release of a doctored video to start a smear campaign on His Divine Holiness and destroy His public image and hurt sentiments of millions of His devotees. To avoid this, they demanded Rs. 1 Billion INR (Rs. 100 crore INR) as extortion amount.
(3). The doctored video was finally aired on television, and published on the internet on Evening of March 2, 2010. Hate propaganda is created thus and used to justify multiple assassination attempts on His Divine Holiness.
(4). On 3 March 2010, militant mafia elements locked His Divine Holiness in His hut and set it on fire. They sexually assault female monks, beat Hindu monks, and damage the temple, deities & monasteries.

(5). On The State Police Mafia lied in the court and unlawfully arrested His Divine Holiness. In prison the CID deprived Him of food, water and sleep. Blood was repeatedly taken out from His body for several days while He was still kept unfed so that new blood could not form. They employed many torture techniques for 53 days to force Him to give a false confession. It took a long time for His body to recover. The Police sexually harassed female disciple monks forcing them to press fake molestation charges on His Divine Holiness. Failing to create even a single false witness, and High Court  they release Him.

(IV) What HDH had to face for standing up for ultimate principles of Sanatana Hindu Dharma
Anti-Hindu implants showed their true colors and only executed their plans to uproot the spiritual organization. HDH has to face
(1) More than a decade long persecution by the multiple State and Central governments.
(2) In just four years from 2010 to 2014, persecuted by more than 15,000 hours of hate speech from anti-Hindu television media mafia, more than 10,000 defamatory news articles in several languages, and more than 15,000 website links and videos spreading lies and hate against HDH, inciting mob violence and hatred against HDH.
(3) More than 70 assassination attempts, poisoned numerous times, three times unlawfully imprisoned and tortured by denial of food, denial of sleep, denial of drinking water, exposure to hypothermia, extreme sounds, slow poisoning through forced inhalation of asbestos dust. He was subjected to brutal third degree torture. He underwent medical torture, wherein in the name of medical tests, the authorities subjected him to physical torture trying to force a sexual response from him to frame him in a false rape case, manhandled him and subjected him to extreme pain, drew excessive blood from His body multiple times a day, until He would lose His vision and ability to walk stably and just keeping Him alive forcing Him to give a false confession against Himself, violated his sanyas vows by showing him pornographic material and parading female nurses before him to somehow elicit a sexual response from him, which they miserably failed at.

June 2012 – Attack by the State Government, State Police, anti-Hindu Media Mafia and anti-Hindu militants

(I) What happened:
(1). May 2012 – His Divine Holiness ascended to the throne of the Spiritual Kingdom of Madurai Aadheenam as it’s 293rd Guru Maha Sannidhanam ( spiritual head ). Madurai Aadheenam is said to be more than 7,000 years old and the original temple is known to be much much older than that. Madurai Aadheenam represents the oldest living spiritual civilization in the entire world. His Divine Holiness declared He would revive the enlightenment ecosystem of Madurai. This irked the anti-Hindu forces.
(2). June 2012 – Several attacks started were unleashed against His Divine Holiness.

– Stop HDH’s mission of reviving Madurai Aadheenam
– Murder HDH
– Grab Madurai Aadheenam and it’s properties worth more than Rs. 1 trillion INR ( Rs. 1 lakh crore)
– Dismantle the current disciples base of HDH

(1). Gratitude to His Guru Arunagiriyogishwara – HDH started His mission of reviving temple based enlightenment ecosystems as per His Guru’s vision and staying always ever committed to it fought all wars with patience and persistence, with only one vision – to make happen what His guru gave Him as the vision.
(2). Undoing the effects of 2000 year old Hindu Holocaust :
More than 500 million Hindus killed, massacred, raped, forced into slavery, tortured, starved to death…

Out of 100 million Hindu scriptures that existed only 20 million remain today.
Out of 1,000,000 Hindu Gurukul education schools none remain.

(IV) What HDH had to face for standing up for ultimate principles of Sanatana Hindu Dharma
His Divine Holiness had to face a series of attacks
(1). 7th and 8th June, 2012 – Three attacks were done on the monastery by a group of anti-Hindu militants of Suvarna TV Channel and Karnataka Nava-Nirmana Sene. The militants carrying firearms and iron rods physically assaulted residents almost killing some of them, and raped the female monks and attempted to murder HDH. Instead of protecting female monks the police arrested 15 female monks and disciples illegally. The news mafia leader, who raped female monks and hit female monks mercilessly on their chest (on video) lodged a false complaint against HDH. The police executed their first illegal arrest of HDH based on this illegal complaint. 

(2). 9th June, 2012: The Chief Minister of the State of Karnataka grossly misused his power and moved the government machinery to execute a series of State-sponsored terror attacks on the community.
The CM ordered District Administrator to work out plans to seize the temple land and ordered the State Police to seize temple assets and property.
The CM ordered Regional Commissioner to use a heavy hand.
The CM ordered immediate body-arrest of His Divine Holiness at any cost.

(3). 11th June 2012 – Search, Seize, Seal and Enforce Curfew – Executing the Chief Minister’s orders, the State of Karnataka carried out several atrocities on the community: ● Seized temple jewelry (worn by deities) illegally and never returned it. ● Raided the temple and sealed it ● Threatened the peaceful community hurling life-threats demanding them to flee the State or die. ● Enforcement of the Curfew on the Gurukul (traditional school) ● Abuse of children of the Gurukul

(4). 12 June 2012 – As soon as His Divine Holiness came out of the court hearing for the bail petition (which was granted to Him), a 600 battalion paramilitary police force surrounded Him. The government spent Rs. 30 Million INR (Rs. 3 crore) of public taxpayers’ money to parade HDH throughout the city to showcase His illegal arrest as if a big terrorist had been arrested. The police deliberately adjournment of the bail-hearing to facilitate the arrest • Physically assaulted and manhandled Him by the 600 mob police force against one unarmed Hindu monk • Detaining Him in an unknown location instead of a prison • Denying His religious right to offer worship to Madurai Aadheenam linga a breaking a more than 2000-year-old tradition for the first time • State Government (District Magistrate) without authority of law, without power, without any offence registered a FIR(complaint) • All entire proceedings followed by the State Government (District Magistrate) were illegal • ILLEGAL DETENTION  • DM HAD NO POWER TO REMAND HIS DIVINE HOLINESS AS HIS DETENTION WAS NOT REQUIRED AND THERE WAS NO OFFENCE • THE REMAND OF HIS DIVINE HOLINESS to judicial custody was without authority of law. The entire proceedings before the District Magistrate, Ramanagara, initiated under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. and various orders passed therein were contrary to law and without any jurisdiction.  HDH was served poisoned food in prison, but he survived the unlawful detention. 

8 Sep 2014 – Assassination Attempts By State-police-medical Team & Media-mafia during the traumatic potency test

(I) What happened:

In-spite of several unspecified medical tests done in 2010, in 2014 the State Police again secure an order from the Supreme Court to do more. They (1) perform invasive tests in his rectum, mutilating His genitals, recording it on paper as a ‘needless per-rectal examination’ (2) Forcibly try to masturbate Him damaging His genitals and calcified-obstructed-veins (3) Unable to show Him sexually potent they force Him to be injected with chemicals that are known to cause cardiac arrest (4) Finally they make sure He is deprived of all medical or human aid, even a chair to sit for the whole day. He had no option but to endure the trauma. Even after months His body was not able to fully recover.

By 2012​​, His Divine Holiness survived third degree tortures and multiple assassination attempts by the State-Police-Media-Mafia. It was clear by then that their agenda was not to resolve the case but to assassinate Him. Therefore, the order to impose a medical test was seen as a clear plan to silently kill Him under closed-room close-proximity conditions. They could inject any drug into Him and suppress the crime.

Medical reports of FAKE rape accuser showing her STDs.

• On ​6 August 2014 the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio issued a judgment against false rape accuser and USA citizen Aarthi Rao and in favor of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Case No. 2:13-CV-00526) ​fining her nearly half a million dollars for false public statements​​ ​and false rape allegations​​.
• On 3 September 2014​​, the Supreme Court of India ordered the medical potency test on Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The Counsel to Paramahamsa Nithyananda contested that
  ○ An earlier medical test was done on His Divine Holiness during 2010 illegal Police custody.
  ○ conducting medical tests to investigate His sexual potency ​5 to 10 years after the FAKE rape allegations,​ was completely redundant. 
• However, the Court ruled that Paramahamsa Nithyananda could avail the benefits of the potency tests only during the trial, but immediately, He had to undergo the tests.

Highlights of Supreme Court order, ordering the medical test of Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

Clinically it was proven in US courts (through medical reports of the false accuser from State University medical hospital of US) that the false accuser had four sexually transmitted diseases which were so quick to spread, that a mere skin to skin contact was enough to spread them. Her case was so bad that even her own doctor did not want to shake hands with her as she was so contagious, and this was also mentioned in her medical reports as an advice to her. 

• On 8 Sept 2014, the medical potency tests were executed. It was the most malicious and lethal physical-and-sexual abuse on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, violating all fundamental human rights:
  ○ They mutilated His genitals
  ○ Forced masturbation
  ○ Use of excessive force on sensitive sexual organs and glands.
  ○ Prior permission for INVASIVE tests was NOT taken. as per what the Investigating Officer had said while delivering the notice of the medical test, ​invasive tests were not planned to be conducted ​​on His Divine Holiness. If the Investigating Officer had informed the Courts about their plans of performing invasive tests, the Counsel of His Divine Holiness would have gotten it disproved from the courts. The permission obtained was only for simple non-invasive tests like taking blood samples.

His Divine Holiness was in a vulnerable situation where the Supreme Court had ordered the tests to be conducted and even ordered that His Divine Holiness be arrested if He refused.
○ Use of excessive force on sensitive sexual organs and glands.
○ Pressurizing Him to take a lethal injection to induce ‘fake’ erection. The lethal injection had high-risk of causing cardiac arrest to His Divine Holiness. Below-human treatment, verbally abusing and forcing Him to watch pornographic scenes.
○ Parading women before Him during the potency test hoping to arouse Him
○ Even during discharge denying bare-human medical support, such as a wheelchair or an ambulance after inflicting such acute pain.
No where did the court order to conduct life threatening invasive medical attacks. The State-Police-Medical-team nexus were abusing their power and position by carrying additional humiliating and lethal invasive tests and TORTURING HIM by inflicting traumatizing pain to His sensitive body regions.

○ Needless per-rectal prostate examination for torture : On the false pretext of doing a complete medical examination, a ​per-rectal, prostate torture was performed causing traumatic pain to His Divine Holiness.
(1). The tests had no role in deciding the outcome of the final results.
(2). The State medical team also clearly stated that they did not expect any outcome of this test.
(3). His Divine Holiness was in a vulnerable situation where the Supreme Court had ordered the medical tests to be conducted and even ordered that He be arrested if He refuses.
(4). Though Supreme Court had not explicitly approved invasive tests and needless unrelated tests like prostate examination, the State medical team and State Police took advantage to use this for the purpose of torturing HDH with the purpose of paralyzing Him, which they openly confessed during the test, saying, ‘We cannot get a positive result, we will paralyze Him for life.’

● Though the male hormonal levels were stunningly low – 12.5ng/dL (lower than that for an individual whose genitals have been cut off – castrated) and all other test parameters also explicitly declared His incapability of performing sexual acts, the State Medical Team gave the test report “opinion” ​​ declaring that “there is no evidence to suggest that the person is incapable of performing sexual act”! The rogue elements in the State prosecution had made sure all critical evidence which showed the innocence of HDH were suppressed.

(II) What the anti-Hindu forces wanted :
Torture and Murder His Divine Holiness.
As per their own words (State Medical Team doctors and the Deputy Superintendent of State Police present there), they wanted to make sure that HDH’s body is paralyzed.

(3). “Life has no hypocrisy,” “You cannot cheat life,” “Karma is real.” – He demonstrated no matter how much you try to cheat life and put false allegations, life has no hypocrisy and karma is real, Paramashiva is real, and life still operates with sacred principles. 

(IV) What HDH had to face for standing up for ultimate principles of Sanatana Hindu Dharma
His body took more than a year to recover from the torture done on His body. He took all the attack on His own body and protected the entire community from the persecution.

2019 – Cult Leader Sarah attacks coming out of her undercover mission to  to imbibe the Yoga and Feminine worship into Christianity, and kill and discredit the source His Divine Holiness and Hinduism

(I) What happened: 

From 2010 till date various character assassination attacks had been done on His Divine Holiness continuously and non-stop, over the years the viciousness and intensity of attack kept on rising constantly. The lawfare reached it’s peak in 2012, the physical assassination attempts reached it’s peak in 2014, the character assassination continued througout, attempts to poison and murder Him continued throughout. 

From 2016 Sarah Landry, an implant and a cult leader herself, had placed herself inside the aadheenam and gained roots inside. She started to poison His Divine Holiness’ body in various attempts.

(2). The anti-Hindu forces wanted to steal the vedic knowledge and remove all traces of the source and destroy the source – His Divine Holiness and Hinduism. (III) What HDH stood for :
(1). Enriching : He kept the doors of His monasteries ever open, even for dangers like cult leader Sarah. She pleaded for multiple years and had herself accepted inside. HDH enriched her by empowering her with high ranking position to lead many people so that her energy could be channelized in the right direction to give her enlightenment. However Sarah Landry who was already an implant chose to put all her energy in the negative direction.

(2). We are Hindus ours doors shall always be open : The ferocious response of HDH even after these attacks was to keep doors of His monastery ever open and allow more people from all walks of life to enter. As a ferocious response to the attack many of His devotees jumped into take the monastic lifestyle of sannyas which is taken during emergency – called Apat Sannyas. 

(IV) What HDH had to face for standing up for ultimate principles of Sanatana Hindu Dharma
(1). More than 50 assassination attempts by implants. Several times poison of injected into His body. Right from 25 December 2009, and then during torture by State police 2010, then during 2012 during second illegal arrest, 2014 during medical potency test and other ocassions. The implant Sarah had given poisoned food to HDH in 2016, 2018 and other instances.

(2). These poisoning attacks took a severe toll against His health and took more than a year of fasting and detox process as per Kayakalpa Yoga.

(3). Because of concerns for safety His people, and prevent attackers from attacking them while they came to kill Him, His Divine Holiness left the monastery. At the same time, disciples also could not be with His Divine Holiness, so that His life was not in any danger from implants. 

How HDH responded to persecution – His ferocious enriching.

Many of His disciples who were not monks, jumped and took the monastic vows of Apat Sannyas. 

Apat Sannyas means sannyas (initiation into Hindu monastic lifestyle) taken during the times of emergency (Apatkaal). When Adi Shankaracharya’s life was threatened, he took Apat Sannyasa to save not only himself, but the Avataric mission for which he assumed the body and came down.
