Planned attack on Sannyasi, accusing him of rape. False victims planted by Sun TV cook up stories, create havoc by spreading rumours while in reality the sanyasis(hindu monks) are the real victims of the constant attacks.

Below is the FIR files by the innocent accused sanyasi Sri Nithyananda Yogaswarupananda aka Gopi who was appointed as the security for the Aadheenam property.

Yogaswarupananda, is a hindu monk of Nithyananda Order appointed to ensure the security of the Trishoolam Aadheenam(monastery complex) .
The so called victim, Begam is a woman whose husband’s name is Anand. There were marital disputes between her and her husband. He was ann auto rickshaw driver. They had kids too. It is clear that the mental state of the woman is susceptible enough to be involved into Sun TV’s conspiracy against Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
The accused, has to say in his defense: translated from tamil
“One that day, I was sitting in temple after my morning pooja, waiting to listen to swamijis satsang along my sister sanyasis and other male devotees, volunteers and brahmacharis. The woman crossed our container, looking at us. Then again she came with her husband towards our container.
Since I very well know her husband, I asked her husband – What happened?
She Immediately turned towards her husband and said, ‘ i told you no. he signed me indecently – twisting his tongue’.
Because there were two security police, they came to spot and said, “why are you creating issues. Go away.” Then they went away.
That time, thiruvannamalai pavalakundru(Pilgrim heritage site) Attack had happened. Sun TV was flashing news continuously that the disciples are illegally encroaching the place. They are bet, pulled and pushed outside of that place, local people are not supporting them because they have illegally occupied.
Seeing this news, these people also got courage, they planned for a brutal attack. When they started the issue, there was press – media person there covering the attack.
They were standing for more than 30 minutes and discussing and gathering all the people and explaining the attack strategy.”
Yogaswarupananda has been attcked and assaulted several times, in the attcks against Trishulam Aadheenam. But this attempt to Assasinate his character has been his most painful experience.
