Intensified Persecution 2019 – 2020

Introduction

The persecution has now taken further diabolical proportions with regard to:

1. ​Nature and severity of attacks – murder, attempts to murder, kidnapping, identity theft, rape, sexual abuse, child abuse, implants, stalking, criminal intimidation
2. Nature and severity of false allegations – sedition, treason, murder, passport fraud, fugitive, kidnap and forcible captivity, child trafficking, sexual abuse, child abuse
3. Targets of attack – women, children, senior monks and disciples, financial supporters, academic heads, wealthy and influential devotees
4. ​Timing and duration of attacks – Sustained over months

ATTACKS ON HDH AND MISSION

I. Murders, Attempts to murder, kidnapping

A. Satish Selvakumar @ Sri Nithya Ishwarapriyananda – Academic Studies Head of Nithyananda Gurukul, Ahmedabad

Sri Nithya Ishwarapriyananda also known as Satish Selvakumar, a Master’s degree holder and USA return, son to reputed scientists of India’s top research institutions, was killed in an ‘accident’ on 10 January 2020. The surviving eyewitnesses recount vividly the series of threats preceding this fatal fall of the vehicle they were traveling in the hilly region of Nepal. Ishwarapriyananda and a few other disciples had fled from India to Nepal as there was a grave threat to their lives from some anti-Hindu elements who were actually implants in the Nithyananda mission. These anti-Hindu elements had attacked the female monastery complex as well as the traditional school in Ahmedabad in Gujarat state of India, and successfully closed it down, while bringing tremendous disrepute to the female disciples and children of the traditional school. Ishwarapriyananda had specifically helped one of the victims of sexual abuse of these anti-Hindu elements flee India and hence was specifically targeted by the anti-Hindu elements. So were two other female monks who were attempted to be murdered. One of them was a victim of sexual abuse, another was in the know of a huge financial embezzlement at the Nithyananda Mission by the anti-Hindu implant elements. But the media twisted this claiming it was HDH who was behind the murder of Sri Nithya Ishwarapriyananda.

B. Satyadevan – Financial supporter of Nithyananda Mission, Puducherry

Satyadevan, a long time devotee of HDH, was kidnapped in the middle of the night of 28 January 2020, and found murdered brutally and his naked bruised body thrown in the boot of his car.

II. Destruction of Home by State

A. Thrown out of state overnight with no roof over their head

B. Bail condition says cannot step out of the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad

First, the government destroys the living place and working place of the two young lady monks, then puts them in prison for a false case.

Then when they are released on bail after 3 months, they are imposed a condition that they cannot leave the jurisdiction of the State. This is one of the worst violations of fundamental right to live, to profess, to practice one’s religion, and a gross violation of right to security for a woman.

III. Implants, criminal intimidation

A. Sarah Landry

1. A fanatic Christian implant who is head of a minority cult Christian group, she sexually abused, beat children of the traditional school and then left and put false complaints of the same against HDH as well as a huge volume of hate speed in social media which created a lot of trauma in the ASMT community as most people believed her lies thinking she was an inside member of the monastery.

B. Janardhan Sharma

1. An implant who made himself into close top positions of administration and financial power, embezzled millions of dollars with no trace, destroyed and brought disrepute to the traditional ASMT school with huge number of false allegations of child abuse, child trafficking, sexual abuse, child labor, kidnapping, among others

The adult daughters of Janardhan, Ma Nithya Tattvapriyananda and Ma Nithyananditha, who he is alleging to have been kidnapped, have approached multiple authorities abroad to explain the truth and debunk the false allegations of their father.    “The facts of this case is such that, Accused founder of Yogini Sarvagya Pith Swami Nityanand Ashram Swami Nityanand, Maa Pranpriya and Maa Priytatva and other members of the Ashram has assigned work of publicity of Swami Nityanand to two daughters and one son of Complainant and targets were given to his children and was forced to child labour, were abused obscene words and were beaten as punishment and in order that Complainant cannot meet their child, these people had kidnapped them and were under in wrongfully confined at House no. 107, Pushpak City for about two weeks illegally and had abated the conspiracy and even threatened them to kill them and thus committed crime as mentioned.”

HDH has been projected as a traitor, anti-India, and accused of treason and sedition – because he allegedly approached the United Nations for seeking help against the innumerable continuous assassination attempts on him and his followers and the attacks over a decade against his mission.

B. Sangeetha

Sangeetha Arjunan, a female Sanyasi (Hindu Monk) and a resident at the Bengaluru Adheenam passed away due to sudden cardiac arrest. Sangeetha was living with a past of cardiac problems, in her own life and in her family’s history also. ​Her family had a history of cardiac problems leading to death at a young age. Her sister and cousin also had died at a young age due to cardiac problems. One of her cousins had died of cardiac arrest just one day before Ms Sangeetha.

Despite hospital reports confirming Ms Sangeetha’s natural death as due to cardiac arrest, and despite knowing her family’s history of heart problems and history of early deaths due to it, vested interest media groups tried making the unfortunate and sensitive happening into an insensitive sensational piece of ‘news’ for their own TRP ratings.

III. Passport fraud

Media created a hate ambience for HDH by spreading lies that HDH’s passport had been cancelled and that he had fled India on a forged passport.

The fact is HDH had applied for renewal of his passport. But the Passport Office neither renewed it nor gave any rejection notification. This is inspite of the fact the Court in which the trial of HDH for the false rape case was to be tried had explicitly granted permission to HDH to have ‘custody of the passport till the disposal of the case’.

IV. Maligning HDH calling Him a ‘Fugitive’

HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam did not break any of the conditions of the bail. The State-Police prosecution was acknowledged and mentioned the same in the court. The same was also observed and acknowledged by the Trial Court and the High Court. However, media-mafia cooked up a false story slanderously labeling HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam as a ‘Fugitive’. Later the anti-Hindu media and mafia elements, projected their lie as a fact and used this lie to get the bail granted to HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam canceled through a false petition in the High Court. Anti-Hindu mafia element, and one of the prime pawns of the conspirators – Lenin – did not want to step in the witness box. To avoid this he cooked up various excuses right from illness to false petitions in various courts. This way Lenin prolonged giving a simple witness statement and did not finish the simple task even in two years, spanning 50 hearings. Lenin is the original complainant of false rape case and now himself is avoiding to give his statement in the court. The trial court left with no other option issued non-bailable warrant against Lenin to secure his witness statement, which he challenged in High Court. The High Court was not convinced and even pointed out that Lenin was doing so with the intention to harass, the court said :

Already a decade has been spent and if on this silly reason if the contention is taken up without there being any material, it is going to delay the proceedings. Even the records indicate that only with an intention to harass, such steps have been taken.

Anti-Hindu media and mafia elements used Lenin and challenged the High Court in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court said :

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(Lenin) and upon perusal of the record, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court which merely directs the petitioner(Lenin) to give evidence in support of his complaint.

In this process the anti-Hindu media-mafia used Lenin to file more false petitions demanding arrest of HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. The Hon’ble High Court identified some of these false claims as done only with the intention to harass. The State police prosecution, the trial court also both clearly mentioned that first Lenin needed to finish giving his witness statement and re-iterated that there was no need for bail was HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam as HDH had neither broken any bail condition nor was he even required at that stage of the trial. Yet the anti-Hindu media-mafia got the bail to HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam invalidated using false accusations, false claims and false evidences manufactured by the media. The arrest warrant against the anti-Hindu conspirator Lenin was revoked. The anti-Hindu media and mafia elements who used Lenin to make false allegations of rape against HDH for more than a decade, did not want him to even complete his witness statement, because they know the trial will collapse when the truth is out. So the main focus of the anti-Hindu media and mafia elements is to get HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam killed by staging a mob lynching attack or by an encounter by police, justifying the same in the eyes of the public using hate speech and their false allegations of rape. This way anti-Hindu media and mafia elements have maintained focus in their attempts to kill HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, and have successfully avoided a fair trial which would expose the huge conspiracy for more than past one decade.

V. Kidnap and forcible captivity

HDH was accused falsely of kidnapping minors and adults, holding them captive, child trafficking, child abuse and such other slanderous allegations.

A. Sri Nithya Pranananda

One of the seniormost disciples of HDH, a sanyasi (monk) since 2003, Sri Nithya Pranananda, has been personal secretary to HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam. When he was in the role and responsibility of temple priest at the Bengaluru temple in 2019, the media suddenly floated rumors that Pranananda has been murdered.

Janardhan Sharma, an implant conspirator who entered the administration of HDH Mission, who had embezzled millions of dollars and sexually abused several children and women, started the rumors of Pranananda’s death and murder.

On 29 Nov 2019, Janardhan Sharma spread rumors in the media about Pranananda – “Prana swami was tortured by ashram people, and was beaten severely with profuse bleeding, and was murdered by them.” He tried to bribe Pranananda and promised to pay him part of the huge consideration that he was negotiating with the administration for a settlement. ​In his attempt to blackmail and extort HDH and the adminsitration, Janardhan said he will give Pranananda ten crore rupees and use his political influence to get him a political party position.

J​anardhan instigated Pranananda’s mother, ​an uneducated woman and having hearing problem, to file a Habeas Corpus Petition before the Madras High Court on 17​th December 2019. Janardhan Sharma revealed that he planned to file more and more haebeas corpus petitions like the one he filed in Gujarat and through Pranananda’s family in Tamil Nadu, by instigating more families of monks and disciples. Further he promised them a huge consideration for such misdeed with the ill intent of defaming HDH and Aadheenam and also to gain wrongfully by inciting fear of backlash by the society at large in the minds of Aadheenam administrators.

The habeas corpus petition was dismissed when Pranananda made his appearance in the Court and explained that he was at the Bengaluru Aadheenam of his own volition. He made a complaint to the police against Janardhan Sharma and his malicious crimes, but the police refused to accept the complaint and closed the case.

The police reported the closure of the complaint with no investigation done to the HIgh Court of Madras and the Court endorsed the same and closed the petition in Crl OP 136/2020.
