On 26 November 2012, Superior Court of The State of California, Hon. Judge Keith D. Davis, dismissed false allegations of 3-time child rapist Vinay Bharadwaj who tried to label Nithyananda Sangha as a cult in order to escape the punishment of child rape.
Serial Child Rapist Vinay demanded the court to be offered a cult expert alleging that Nithyananda Sangha is a cult.
The Judge refused and declared, Nithyananda Sangha is a culture, not a cult.
Unable to tolerate the repeated abuse of the judicial system by Serial Child Rapist Vinay, the judge
imprisoned Vinay for a period of 4.5 years in the most secure jail, fined him half a million USD ( ~ Rs. 3 crores), and finally deported him out of U.S. as they did not want a criminal like him to walk on the streets of the U.S.
