The SunTV executive has said the same in a signed affidavit to the District Court of California thereby completely exposing the conspiracy against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. He also said that the attack on Paramahamsa Nithyananda is one in the line of many such attacks by atheists such as the Sun TV network and people with other religious affiliations against Hindu Gurus. Last year the Sankaracharya of Kanchi, Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal was acquitted, after a long trial for 9 years, by the High Court of Tamil Nadu, of the charges of murder that were leveled against him by vested interests.
