· Her own medical records indicate that Aarathi Rao has had an illicit voluntary sexual relationship with at least one individual other than her husband who was HIV-positive and from who she suspects she has contacted the disease and has gone in for a medical test for detecting HIV.
· She has had 3 STDs besides suspected HIV. It is very rare that any one man will carry all 4 diseases. Since it has been proven that Paramahamsa Nithyananda does not carry any of these STDs in him ever, she has actually had a relationship with at least 4 men who have had these diseases, apart from other healthy men whom she may have infected.
· Are these medical records and extra-marital activities, that of a traditional woman from an orthodox Brahmin family?
· Her medical records clearly show that she was in USA at the time! Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s video records clearly prove he was conducting the Nithyananda Spurana Program in the Bengaluru ashram, India on that date. Whereas Aarathi Rao is claiming rape in Salem on the same date! A clear exposure of Aarathi Rao’s false rape charges!
A). Aarathi was never a victim, as her medical records expose it. Rather, she is a criminal who is part of a larger cinspiring team who has foisted a false claim on Paramahamsa Nithyananda to extort money, defame him personally and destroy his mission. To achieve this end, she has deliberately cheated both – individuals who trusted her, and agencies of law.
She cheated her husband by having illicit relationships; she cheated her parents by lying to them; she cheated her unborn child by killing it; she cheated her multiple sexual partners by sleeping with them when she has a contagious disease; she cheated millions of Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s devotees by falsely attacking him, poisoning their ears and turning them away from the spiritual path; she cheated the CID by giving a false statement on which they acted; she cheated the court by giving a false complaint against Paramahamsa Nithyananda; she cheated the media by telling her fake story which they believed and publicized; and above all she is still cheating the public by appearing in the media with the fake story and fake tears.
B). Aarathi – a champion of women’s rights as per her claim and justification?
Aarathi has committed an unforgivable offence against all women. Being a much publicized cased, Aarathi’s false rape charge on Paramahamsa Nithyananda can be quoted as a precedent in future rape cases as well. In the future, even genuine victims of rape or sexual abuse will be suspected of making false rape claims. Aarathi is not only a disgrace to Indian womanhood, but the instrument for the possible denial of justice to thousands of true rape victim women in the future.
C). With Aarathi’s criminal plans exposed, her claims of standing for a social cause fall flat on their face. Far from being a social activist, Aarathi today, is an anti-social element hijacking agencies of law and social organizations for her private vested interests.
