After being released on bail from His illegal imprisonment, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda is denied the basic human right to freedom of speech.
After 53 days of illegal imprisonment, the police silently submitted a memo to the court, admitting they have no evidence (which can be read by clicking here) against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
On 12 June 2010, Paramahamsa Nithyananda was finally granted bail. But not without several conditions. He was denied the basic human rights to freedom of speech. The bail conditions explicitly said that He could neither teach nor preach though it is completely unrelated to the accusation against Him.
