On 2 September 2014, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda undergoes potency test in order to help drop the false rape case filed against Him. Doctors abuse His vulnerability inflicting verbal and physical abuse. Doctors subsequently refuse to co-operate to sign the medical test reports afraid of legal action due to their behavior, inauthentic procedures and abuse.
Sources in the Victoria hospital told The Hindu (National Daily newspaper) that all the four doctors from the departments of Forensic Medicine, Urology, Psychiatry and General Medicine who conducted the tests on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, are hesitating to sign the report as they “do not want to land in any controversy or legal hassles.” This assumes significance in the wake of rumours that Paramahamsa Nithyananda was planning to take the legal route against the doctors who conducted the tests on him for physically and verbally abusing him.
Paramahamsa Nithyananda was asked by the Supreme Court to undergo the tests in connection with allegations of rape against him. Although police sources said he had refused to cooperate during the tests citing cardiac problems, doctors, it is learnt, are hesitant to sign even the basic blood, urine sample and voice tests, the sources said. The doctors suddenly realised after the tests that their own behavior, authenticity and straightforwardness in conducting the test and writing the report might come under heavy questioning

Right now we are in Ramnagaram district where his ashram Nithyananda Dhyananpeetam is located and this is exactly where he is being taken in to the district hospital for a medical checkup even as we speak. So the law seems to have finally caught up to 32 yr old Rajashekaran whom the world knows as Swami Nithyananda. He faces several charges of rape, unnatural sex besides abroad. Now the CID team is expected to seek 14 days of custody so that they can interrogate him on many of these charges. Right from the hospital where we are he is going to be taken to the residence of the judicial magistrate Pushpa Bhati here for further processes.
