His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda exposes conspiracy in Chennai Press meet
In an historical and explosive press meet held in Chennai this afternoon, Paramahamsa Nithyananda exposed the hidden truths of the infamous morphed video conspiracy that targeted Him and His organization in March 2010.
The press meet comes in the wake of the arrest of Lenin Karuppan, the chief accused in the conspiracy, which hogged television primetime and jammed internet lines throughout 2010, making it one of the most publicized conspiracies of recent times. In a move that proved the truth of what Paramahamsa Nithyananda has been reiterating all along, Lenin was arrested by the CB-CID of Tamil Nadu in Chennai on 14th March.
Paramahamsa Nithyananda arrived at Chennai’s Hotel Ashoka accompanied by over a hundred residents of Nithyananda aadheenam, devotees and supporters. Nithyananda’s advocates, aadheenam administrators and actress and devotee Ms. Ranjitha; the other victim of the abusive morphed video, shared the stage with Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda opened the press meet by revealing that He has been named among the world’s 100 most spiritually influential people by Mind Body Spirit, the world’s top esoteric magazine, published by Watkins, London’s oldest and largest bookstore. He has been named alongside the Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela, Oprah Winfrey and Paulo Coelho, among others.
On the occasion of the press meet, Paramahamsa Nithyananda released the forensic reports of tests conducted independently in four top forensic labs in the USA. All four tests had been conducted using international standards, technology and professional expertise compatible with those used by FBI.
Quoting over 60 proofs, these four reports conclusively have declared the incriminating video to be fake. The reports also revealed that both the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report submitted by the Karnataka CID as part of the charge sheet were highly untenable as they completely lacked scientific data, and established no basis for even their positive identification of the persons in the video. Declaring that Paramahamsa Nithyananda was not only her guru, but the God worshipped by herself and her family, Ms. Ranjitha also lashed out against the conspirators, who had tried to ruin her reputation and destroy the peace of her family.
Summarizing his reason for calling the press meet, Paramahamsa Nithyananda reiterated three main points: that four international forensic experts have clearly stated that the video is morphed and declared the FSL reports accompanying the CID charge sheet to be baseless; that all the others so far arrested on the cases of blackmailing and threatening had now confessed their crimes to the CID and it was now the turn of Lenin Karuppan to be brought to book, and face the law for his crimes. Paramahamsa Nithyananda closed the press meet with a request for justice for His sannyasis and His organization who have been battling constant and unwarranted religious persecution for over two years now.
The Tamil Murasu News Paper reports that the Video is proved false by four independent American experts and that they are willing to testify in Indian courts. The paper also notes Swamiji’s assertion that it has become customary to abuse Swamis without bothering about the country or the law and have repeatedly shown the video
