5 Million USD judgement against vested interests

On December 8, 2017, The USA Court fined Samaya TV, chief reporter Ranganath Bharadwaj with a $5 Million judgement for broadcasting false news about H.H. Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his USA mission. The fabricated “news” coverage was contempt of Court and an attempt to spread lies and false propaganda around the criminal conviction of child rapist Vinay K. Bharadwaj – declaring that Vinay Bharadwaj was “innocent” when the USA Court after a full trial had convicted child rapist Vinay Bharadwaj on multiple counts of serious chiold abuse and sentenced him to 4.75 years of prison sentence.

Ohio, USA – The United States District Court Southern District Of Ohio issued a judgment against the false rape victim in favor Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam (Case No. 2:13-CV-00526). The order states, “It is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant Rao, in the amount of Four Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand, Two Hundred Eleven and 25/100 Dollars ($463,211.25), plus attorney’s fees ($10,568.30), plus costs ($603.20), plus post-judgment interest in the amount of 3% per annum.”

Child molester and his supporters lose more than $6 million USD

1) Child Molester Vinay Bharadwaj was convicted and sentenced to 4.75 years for 4 counts of child molestation of minor in Seattle Washington.
2) In the case of child molester Vinay K. Bharadwaj v. Nithyananda Foundation, et al (Case No.CIVRS1013793), Honorable Judge Keith Davis granted the defendant’s’ motion in its entirety and described the motion as “well taken”. And Vinay was fined nearly $500,000 after prolonged litigation, numerous motions, filings, hearings and rulings.
3) The Hon’ble Civil Court at Mysuru on 16th October 2017 gave a strong judgment against the child molester Vinay Bharadwaj who had made allegations of unnatural sex against Swami Nithyananda in order to blackmail to present persecution from his real crime of child molestation. Vinay Bharadwaj has been ordered to pay a sum of Rs. 2,74,94,447.5/- with interest at the rate of 9% p.a.
4) Kannada News Channel Samaya TV, aired a few thousand hours of defamatory news disrespecting courts of multiple countries and attacking Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The court fined the chief reporter a sum of $5 Million USD.
