Kishen Reddy, a key conspirator, is a real estate agent in India and said to be involved with real estate mafia. He was eyeing Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s organization’s temple-based headquarters in Bidadi and the temple property in Hyderabad that his own mother-in-law had donated to Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s organization as she wanted to ensure the temple is transferred to someone who is committed to Hinduism and would ensure the rituals are properly done after her lifetime as well.
Kishen Reddy is the originator of the ill-famed and fabricated “NDA” or Non-Disclosure Agreement , with the help of co-conspirators Lenin and Prasanna, which was brought out in the media as an “evidence” that Paramahamsa Nithyananda has allegedly made his devotees sign as a “sex contract”. The agreement that Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s organization has is a regular one where a person consents to allow to use his testimonials and sharings for promotion of the program and also commits to not steal the Intellectual Property of the organization, etc. This “additional NDA” is the invention of Kishen Reddy and executed by Lenin and Prasanna.
Kishen Reddy and other co-conspirators like Kalyan Raman, Manohar Shinde, Lenin K, Arathi Rao and others had a grand plan of usurping all of Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s properties, aadheenams and centers.
The proof of this is the audio recording of the conversation between Kalyan Raman, RSS activist and the Chennai incharge of the Nithyananda Mission, Sivasubramaniam.

(S): How can we leave it like that? What is the guarantee that you will help in the background at that time? See we will take step that it is RSS.

Kishen Reddy tried multiple ways to usurp the Hyderabad temple that was donated by his mother-in-law to Swami Nithyananda’s public charitable Trust.

The Hyderabad ashram stands on the property gifted by Lt. Smt. Sujatha Reddy, in the absolute irrevocable gift settlement deed No. 1032/2006, dt. 23 January 2006. The donor clearly indicated in her gift deed that she was desirous of Paramahamsa Nithyananda carrying on various spiritual and social service activities in the temple and hence donated the property.
The patta documents also clearly show the transfer of ownership of the land from the donors to Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam.
Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam has been conducting various service activities in the Hyderabad ashram including providing anna daan (free food), arogya daan (free medical camps including specialty camps), gnana daan (free education and tuition to the needy and underprivileged kids from nearby villages with free food, free coaching for 10th standard students and intermediate students in the subjects of their choice, free spoken English classes, agriculture workshops for farmers, etc), as well as disaster relief activities. The ashram also conducts various spiritual services like daily pujas, special pujas, meditation and yoga workshops, spiritual counseling, etc.

In the wake of the morphed video frenzy and the false case registered against Paramahamsa Nithyananda by Kishen Reddy and his co-conspirators, Kishen Reddy tried to forcibly drive away Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s people from the Hyderabad temple and grab the same, making multiple attempts since October 2010 to take over the property illegally by trespassing, forcing themselves into the temple, threatening the resident ashramites to leave their religious practices as well as the property.

Kishen Reddy tried yet again to scare away and evict the monks and disciples of the Hyderabad aadheenam. He hired a group of 10 rowdies who barged into the temple and threatened the residents that they should remove the pictures and deities in the temple. The criminal petition against the same is pending the Court in Rangareddy district.

As you might be knowing that Paramahamsa Nithyananda Swamiji is scheduled to visit Hyderabad on March 30 to April 2nd 2012 and conduct Meditation programs.
Vijaya Reddy acting as a Deccan Chronicle reporter, called me and threatened that Nithyananda Swamiji will have to face dire consequences, if Swamiji visits Hyderabad . Vijaya Reddy said that Nithyananda Swami has several allegations against him so she and her group will not allow Swamiji to come to Hyderabad. She along with her group will protest at the venue against Swamiji, attack him physically by pouring acid on him and kill him. I received few phone calls, most from unidentified numbers, but I could record only one which I am presenting herewith.
This is a serious threat to our guru and we want to inform you that Vijaya Reddy, wife of Kishen Reddy, as well as his family are the only people who have been continuously expressing openly vengeance and animosity towards Swamiji in Hyderabad. Earlier in 2010, Vijaya Reddy & Kishen Reddy along with his local rowdies tried to grab our temple & Ashram in Satamrai village, Shamshabad mandal, near the Airport.
Kishen Reddy with the help of his local rowdies threatened, beat the ashramites residing at the temple and made them leave the ashram forcibly, and locked the temple, after defiling the temple. A complaint was lodged by the ashramite N. Jaganathan against Kishen Reddy and his family. Please find attached the Police complaint lodged against them at RGI Police station, Shamshabad. We request you to register the FIR for the same and take immediate action.
As the citizens of India, we have the right to practice our religious and spiritual freedom, and these anti-social rowdy land-grabber elements are curtailing our freedom by continuously harassing us.
We strongly request you to please register my complaint and file FIR against Vijaya Reddy & Kishen Reddy, to stop the continuous harassment, and provide Nithyananda Swamiji & his devotees adequate Police protection at the Venue in view of the fact that they are planning to attack Swamiji at the venue as threatened by Vijaya Reddy in her phone calls. The venue is Brahmarambha Kalyana mandapam, (beside Mallikarjuna theatre, Near JNTU Kukatpally) Hydernagar .

Kishen Reddy tried to arm-twist the judiciary also by filing a false lawsuit on the ownership of the property.
The Hon’ble Court of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rangareddy District, therefore, granted a temporary injunction on 22 November 2010, restraining the land-grabbers and granting Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam peaceful possession of the property.
On 23 February 2011, the Court passed the permanent injunction order in favor of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam.
Nithyananda Mission continues to provide its social and spiritual services at the Hyderabad ashram, thereby providing people with a better, blissful life.
Phone conversations and Facebook chats with various organizers of Nithyananda Mission and disciples and devotees openly threatening to kill Paramahamsa Nithyananda and destroy His mission, reveal parts of the conspiracy that has been going on against Paramahamsa Nithyananda and the conspirators, their roles, demands, including Kishen Reddy who was trying to extort the Hyderabad temple.
