False Victim Hides Assets from US Government in Her Own Bankruptcy Filing

The false victim, who alleges that Paramahamsa Nithyannada raped her, filed for bankruptcy in November 2011. In her mandatory disclosures to the US government, she failed to disclose her Michigan House which was in her name. She literally just refinanced the house two months before! Where she had to give Power of Attorney to her Husband to sign for her.

Why would the False Victim hide something like this?

She was desperate to avoid a US court ordered deposition that was scheduled to take place on November 18, 2011. It’s common knowledge that anyone who files for bankruptcy in the US, can have all court cases against them stayed. She much rather lie in her paper bankruptcy filing (something that would probably go unnoticed) than testify orally in a deposition where she cannot control the questions. And all the answers are under oath and transcribed and can be used against her in any court of law…Yes, even in India. So the deposition was too risky and would be the collapse her ridiculous made up claims.
