On 24 February 2010, Sridhar met the Administrators again and threatened them that it was getting delayed and therefore demanded for 60 lakhs to be paid immediately as a token advance. Sridhar also spelt the breakup of the token amount as 10 lacs to Sridhar and 50 lacs to Lenin, Aarthi Rao and their other aides. The Administrators insisted that Lenin and his group should be present.

Sridhar connected to Lenin over the phone and put it on the speaker mode for the Administrators to talk. Lenin immediately connected to Aarthi Rao, an NRI woman, used as the ‘key instrument’ in the Conspiracy against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, and on the con-call, asked her to talk. Aarthi Rao threatened the Administrators of Paramahamsa Nithyananda that if the 60 lakhs was not paid IMMEDIATELY as an advance amount, she would file a false rape complaint against Paramahamsa Nithyananda and also false cases against all the Aadheenam people and send them to prison.
Further, Lenin Karuppan connected the phone line to Tamil Tabloid magazine owners Nakkheeran Gopal and Kamraj. They threatened the administrators that if the advance amount of 60 lacs demanded by Sridhar, Lenin and Aarthi Rao was not paid immediately, they will release the morphed images in their Nakkheeran tabloid magazine and Nakkheeran website. Nakkheeran Gopal also threatened the Administrators that they are very well aware about his politically well-connected background and that if they do not abide by the extortion demands, he will completely destroy to the roots, Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his organisation.
The administrators again insisted that Lenin and Aarthi Rao should be present for the talks. But, Sridhar threatened them very angrily that things will not happen as per their wish and that, whatever demands Lenin places, will only be executed. He said that they will return the next day and left.
The Administrators were suddenly hit with the growing magnitude of the Conspiracy and the kind of people involved in it. They could see that the intent was not just extortion but the destruction of Paramahamsa Nithyananda and His worldwide organisations. It started dawning on them that it was a clear attack on not just His Divine Holiness but the ‘Hindu Renaissance’ He symbolised through His exponential growth.
The tall demands of the extortionists, spoke loud and clear of a conspiracy much bigger that what met the eye. Very clearly, they could feel they were faced with a systematic religious persecution by Anti-Hindu forces using instruments such as Aarthi Rao and Lenin Karuppan as the front-end blackmailers.
They also realised that they had scratched merely the surface of the conspiracy and much more lay in waiting.
On the evening of 24th around 6pm, Sridhar once again came to hotel room and threatened angrily that they are playing with fire and that Lenin and Aarthi Rao were angry with the three of them were not budging. Sridhar then told them, “Things are not going to happen by merely talking to you all. We have to resort to “other means” to make it happen. Only then you will understand.” So saying, he left angrily.
At around 9 pm the same day, Sridhar came with Lenin Karuppan, Lenin’s brother Kumar and four unknown thugs. The Aadheenam administrators were surprised to see the fairly large group that entered. Lenin and the entire group started beating the administrators abruptly. Lenin and Kumar beat Sri Nithya Sadananda and the rest of the group beat up Bhaktananda and Pranananda. They made it clear that this was just a warning and if they did not oblige to their demands, next time it will be Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s life they attack.
Terribly shocked by the unexpected physical assault, the administrators stood as helpless victims beaten and broken. Lenin further told Pranananda that it is because of him that the extortion money has still not reached him (Lenin), and threatened him that he will finish off Paramahamsa Nithyananda and pin it on him.
Lenin then instructed the thugs to ransack the place and steal all the money that they might have brought for their expenses.
