Conspiracy against the Nithyananda Sangha Malaysia. False propaganda, abusive calls, extortion and death threats on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, His Sannyasis & devotees
False propaganda, extortion, death threats and abusive calls by Ellangovan Annamalai, Janagan Achuthan(Jana) and his cohorts of 1TAMILANZ SANGAM to our Malaysian female monks (Sanyasis) and followers of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The baseless allegations, abusive videos and photos on social media hurting religious sentiments and spreading hatred and violence endangering the peace of the country, threatening phone calls.
Since 27th May 2016, 1TAMILANZ SANGAM Facebook page had been posting abusive, rumours and hate speech about Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his devotees. Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his devotees were stripped of their dignity by 1TAMILANZ SANGAM Facebook page posts. It contained sexual harassment, vulgarity, abusive and violent content. By and by, the 1TAMILANZ SANGAM Facebook page and its admin known by the name Jana began to regularly upload pictures, morphed memes, memes, and videos threatening to shut down the centres of Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
It is to be noted that 1TAMILANZ SANGAM Facebook page has about 115 000 + viewers and every video uploaded about Paramahamsa Nithyananda or his devotees have reached to over 4000 views and 100 – 500 shares. His insults and false allegations about Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his devotees are being propagated through this page to the viewers who are mostly Malaysians.
On 2nd June 2016, they started slandering Mr Jayakumar, his wife Mrs Parvathy and their eldest daughter of being “Nithyananda’s agents” to con and lure people especially young woman and old people to India to be offered as human sacrifice by Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
Mr Sankalpitan and his family are devotees of Paramahamsa Nithyananda from 2009. They are the city coordinators of the Johor Bahru Paduka Mandir. With the context of enriching her old parents, his wife, Mrs Parvathy Muniandy shared her excitement of going to Ujjain Kumbha Mela with them. They felt inspired and they wanted to at least get Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s blessings at their old age. So, they decided to attend the Kumbha Mela that was organised by Paramahamsa Nithyananda in Ujjain along with their three grandchildren.
Upon arriving at the airport, Mr Muniandy and his wife had a fight. Mr Muniandy had wanted some money to buy some food as he was hungry, but, his wife Mrs Ramayee, started abusing him both verbally and physically. This led to the disappearance of Mr Muniandy for the first time in India. The grandchildren had to search the airport for a few hours before being able to locate him. The grandchildren had to calm their grandparents and they started their journey to Kumbha Ghat. Upon reaching the camp of Paramahamsa Nithyananda which was open to the public, they had their meal and darshan of temple.
However, in the first hour of arriving at Kumbha Ghat, the old man; Mr Muniandy was found missing again from his family. It is to be noted that Mr Muniandy did not go through any registration process with the officials of Nithyananda Peetam Camp before he went missing. Shockingly, no official police complaint was made by the wife of Mr Muniandy, Mrs Ramayee reporting him as a missing person while she was in India.
After 5 days, the wife of Mrs Ramayee returned to Malaysia. It was the exact date where Mr Sankalpitan and Parvathy were to fly out to India. While Mrs Parvathy Muniandy was concerned about the safety of her father and lodged a complaint in Ujjain and wrote a letter to Commissioner Police requesting his help to initiate a search to locate he father’s whereabouts, her mother, Mrs Ramayee had different ideas. In an attempt to cover her wrongdoings, she went to 1TAMILANZ SANGAM under the pretext of seeking support and help in getting justice for her missing husband. 1TAMILANZ SANGAM saw this as a perfect opportunity to abuse Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his organization in Malaysia. They had meetings to hatch a plan against Paramahamsa Nithyananda and to detroy his organisation in Malaysia. Their first strategy was to falsely allege Mr Sankalpitan and his family to be brokers of Paramahamsa Nithyananda in providing him with people for human sacrifice.

Complaint filed by Mrs Parvathy Muniandy in Ujjain, India:
Due to the continuous slanderous posts about the character of Mr Sankalpitan, his wife and his eldest daughter, Ms Shashintirah had to go through a very traumatic social life. Ms Shashintirah, a student at that time, started getting abusive calls from random people. Her character was questioned, even by her own relatives and she was continuously threatened.
This kind of defamation posts continued for many more days before Jana took his cyberbullying and threatening to the next level. He relayed a LIVE video through his 1TAMILANZ SANGAM Facebook page in which he openly threatened and challenged to permanently shut down the operations and establishments of Paramahamsa Nithyananda in Malaysia. He verbally abused Paramahamsa Nithyananda with foul words in Tamil. The body language of Jana in the video was absolutely violent, hostile, abusive and vulgar. The way he gritted his teeth while insulting Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his devotees, the way he cheaply bit his lips while talking about the female followers of Paramahamsa Nithyananda is downright offensive and against the basic dignity of a woman. He also specifically warned that he is going to track down the female followers of Paramahamsa Nithyananda. He then continued to threaten to collapse the organisation’s effort to bring Paramahamsa Nithyananda to Malaysia for a visit. After the LIVE video, the real horror started. The female sanyasis who were living in the main branch, Kuala Lumpur Adheenam started receiving threatening and abusive calls every night from Jana. The numbers that were given out for enriching purposes were misused to give death threats.
I was so terrified at that time. The multiple phone calls that Ma Atmanatana and I were getting at nights were so abusive and obscene words were thrown at us. Our dignity as women were challenged and I felt deeply humiliated
recalls Ma Nithya Kalyananda, a sanyasi who was taking care of the Kuala Lumpur Aadhenam at that time. She lodged a complaint against him in the nearby police station fearing the security of her co-sanyasi and hers. Around 30 devotees from all over Malaysia who saw that video also filed a complaint against Jana as they also felt threatened. Mrs Parvathy also felt the need to come out in open the relationship of her family. So she filed another police complaint with informations that she has never told anyone before. That was the darkest moment of the sangha where all the devotees started living in fear and anxiety.

The page defames and demeans the spiritual sentiment of followers and devotees of Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Claiming that the group of followers here lure women and old people to India for human sacrifice is not only absurd and pure lie but shaming us as devotees and insulting Paramahamsa Nithyananda. As a global icon, he does not deserve such treatment nor does his followers.
This page claims to be standing for the unity of Tamilians which is part of the enormity of Hinduism. However, this derogatory statement is blatantly misguiding the following of 115 000 + people of this page but its vision of uniting Tamilians of Malaysia is questionable. The spur of insecurity such community only provokes more hatred and anguish amongst the people of Malaysia.
On top of that, simply stripping the respect and reverence thousands of followers in Malaysia is unjustified.
The threat hurdled on to shut down the centers and establishments of Nithyananda Sangha Malaysia causing insecurity and emotional distress amongst the followers of Paramahamsa Nithyananda. There have been no decent enquiry made about following here but a sudden , unjustified and unqualified questions and threats brings the question of security for the followers of Paramahamsa Nithyananda and being Malaysian citizen.
Stirring a controversy amongst the public of Malaysia about an already proven morphed video means nothing but a cruel intention to destroy the operations of the followers of Paramahamsa Nithyananda in Malaysia.
