Nithyananda Peetham, Rajapalayam Aadheenam is situated on a powerful Shakti Sthala (divine feminine consciousness energy) and can be considered a Hindu Heritage site.        The important significance this land has for Hindus lies in the little-known fact that Devi Meenakshi stayed in this area after her coronation. One of her golden rings slipped from her hand while she was resting here during her search for Sadashiva.

Amidst hundreds of devotees, Nithyananda Peetham, Rajapalayam Aadheenam was inaugurated by His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda on July 30, 2008. With great hope and excitement, the local people gathered for this momentous occasion as it was the beginning of an important community canter, uniting the scattered villages in the area. His Divine Holiness had begun laying out plans for a hospital, Gurukul, full-fledged temple, meditation hall, organic farming and a general support and hub for the local communities.

Two other parcels of nearby land were donated and purchased by Nithyananda Peetham: Settur Aaheedam, consisting of 38 fertile acres ready for organic farming and Sambandha Puram Aadheenam, where sanyasis were conducting classes and healing sessions for the locals.

Land-Grabbing Criminals Decimate the Community’s Hope for a Peaceful Spiritual Haven

In a string of pre-meditated, systematic attacks by Lenin and his gang of criminals, yet another property of Paramahamsa Nithyananda is targeted. This once beautiful Aadheenam and Heritage Site, where the revival of Santana Hindu Dharma was flowering, was ravaged, the sanctity destroyed and people’s lives were threatened.

List of atrocities committed by land-grabbing criminals: Dr. Ganesh and Lenin Karuppan

1. The Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam ashram at Rajapalayam came into existence in 2009 through the land that was partly bought and partly received as a donation through gift deed.
2. When a morphed video was created by Lenin showing Paramahamsa Nithyananda with a woman and released to some media with vested interests by an absconding criminal Lenin Karuppan, there was a lot of media uproar about this against Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In the wake of this well-planned confusion, Lenin’s co-conspirators and landgrabbers, namely, Dr.Ganesh and his associates, Nagaraj, Shakhivel raja, Navanethakrishna and Kumarasamy conspired together to take over the Rajapalayam ashram property with the motive of blackmailing Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his organization and with a more sinister plan of destroying  the Vedic
3. They sacrilegiously removed the Shakti Sthala energized by Paramahamsa Nithyananda by removing the Trishul representing the Kalabhairava deity and 108 herbal trees park related to nakshatras. They have hurt the religious sentiments of millions of Nithyananda’s followers and Hindus as a whole worldwide.
4. They burnt the deities and photos of Paramahamsa Nithyananda who is worshipped by millions worldwide.
5. They burnt the devotional books, CDs, DVDs of the teachings of Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
6. They removed the yantras which were installed by Paramahamsa Nithyananda under the Ananda Sabha Temple and worshiped by thousands of devotees. This is not even donated land; it is directly registered by the Trust.
7. They destroyed the Ashram inauguration plaques and even the very name board of the ashram.
8. To stop the ashram spiritual and social services, the landgrabber criminals stole the pump sets and motors and removed the electrical wires and lights.
9. The entire land is legally owned by Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam with complete paperwork. But exploiting the prevailing situation of media uproar over the morphed video, the landgrabbers removed the “Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam” name boards and wrote “GV Farms”.
10. They approached the Electricity officials and tried to change the name of electric connections. But Electricity Board officials refused to commit this act of cheating.
11. They influenced and bribed the officials to illegally cancel the property gift deeds.
12. They tried to pay tax to local panchayat administration to show that they are the new owners of the property. But the local panchayat refused to accept this act of fraudulence.
13. As recent as 10 days back, they tried to stop the legal owners of the property from entering into their own property by blocking the pathway which they were using for the past five years.
14. On 12 January 2012, they continue with their blatant assault on Paramahamsa Nithyananda and the Vedic tradition by assaulting a Brahmachari of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, Sri Nithya Tattvabhothananda, who belongs to the underprivileged social community of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe. The local police registered FIR and are investigating this heinous crime.
15. They committed multiple acts of sacrilege by looting the temple jewels and decoration items and puja items.
16. A huge property of 38 acres has been outright grabbed in the natural reserve area of Settur.

Nithyanandam. My name is Sri Nithya Jnaneshwarananda Maharaj, a Bautika Brahmachari in Nithyananda order. In 2010, Swamiji came to Rajapalayam. In this place, Swamiji Himself energized 1008 herbal trees, this place is called as Sakhti Stalam. Now this place has turned into a jungle of bushes because some anti-social elements from Rajapalayam has destroyed this place. When I’m describing this, I am feeling so painful inside me.
During the inauguration, Swamiji has blessed that who ever comes to this place, all the problems in their body will be healed. I’m puzzled, why will people want to destroy such a place!
After 2010, when I came here, one guy stareted telling me that I can’t use this way to go to ashram and close all the roads. When I asked him why he’s doing like that, he started abusing that I’m from a low caste threw vulgur words at me. In school time, I used to be depressed because… (video breaks)
