Court relaxes bail conditions for a 3 months pilgrimage. Unlike ordinary people who can travel as per their will, His Holiness has to ask Court for permission even for pilgrimage and even for visiting his birthplace for last rites of his pre-monastic grandmother. Freedom is not free.
