Presenting the factual summary of the systematic and incessant religious persecutions done on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda from the year 2010-2018 – with the accounts of the criminal conspirators, the first illegal arrest, second illegal arrest and the potency test.

Hindus have suffered religious persecution in the form of forceful conversions, massacres, demolition and desecrations of temples, destruction of schools and universities, destruction of the social structure and MASS CULTURAL GENOCIDES. By this, they have attempted to destroy the very backbone of Hinduism, which are the enlightened masters and INCARNATIONS who come down time to time, to revive and update Hinduism for the next conscious breakthrough.

During the Mughal era,

• Universities and Libraries were burned down into ashes, Nalanda, Taxshila, Vikramshila, to name a few.
• Temples were ransacked.
• People tortured, murdered, brutally killed and raped.

During the British era,

• Gurukul education system was destroyed
• The Vedic community system and authentic temple based traditions collapsed
• The Vedic trade, commerce, self-sufficient villages were destroyed by article famines and exploitation
• The vast Hindu knowledge texts were destroyed, stolen or poorly translated to make Hindus ashamed of their own tradition and cultural values.

Times have changed.
Faces have changed.
But the brutal persecution of Hinduism or Sanatana Hindu Dharma continues, and intensifies more when the upholders of the most ancient, living traditions come down as Incarnations to give humanity a superconscious breakthrough of divine rights.

This is the true story of religious and human persecution, which is not short of mass cultural genocide, done on His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda and on His spiritual organisation and His followers and devotees.

A hologram of persecution of Hinduism

The Religious persecution of  His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda started on 2nd March 2010, with a morphed video being released. The morphed video was broadcast on national and international media channels and several newspapers throughout the country.
The video was spread virally on the internet, through YouTube, Facebook, and news websites.
The whole internet was covered with the morphed video and all channels were talking about it.

The video was created by various conspirators. Lenin was one them.
Based on the video itself, a false rape complaint was filed by Lenin against Swamiji.
Lenin did not declare anyone as a rape victim.
In fact there wasn’t even mention of the word ‘rape’ in his complaint.

First ever, in the history of mankind a victim-less rape case was registered without mentioning anybody as a victim, or even describing or alleging any incidence of rape.

• Immediately after the video release, goons attacked various ashrams of Paramahamsa Nithyananda, vandalizing the property, burning down huts – in an attempt to murder the people inside. This was happening all over in Karnataka and Tamil-Nadu, in various branches of the ashram, simultaneously.

Even during this time, Swamiji was giving interviews and providing spiritual counselling to devotees,  through all possible ways undeterred. The media kept misrepresenting facts and claimed as if His Divine Holiness was missing, and hiding. Whereas in reality He was always giving interviews, press-meets and live satsangs all throughout.

• ATROCIOUS FALSE RAPE CASE: On 17 April, 2010, in an unheard of and unprecedented move, the police published an advertisement, inviting people to come forward as witness. Usually someone would come forward and claim to be raped and then the perpetrator would be found. Here they identified His Divine Holiness, as someone on whom they want to put a false rape case, and now the only thing they needed was to find someone who would claim to be raped. The police even offered to reimburse travel expenses etc. but nobody showed up.
• ILLEGAL ARREST: Four days later, on 21 April 2010, His Divine Holiness was illegally arrested even without any victim being identified. Swami-ji was kept in illegal imprisonment for 53 days. This entire happening was later termed illegal by the Supreme Court of India.
• FREEDOM OF SPEECH DENIED: After being released, Swamiji was not allowed to give public discourses. When the restriction got over, His Divine Holiness gave his first satsang on “Freedom.” Even today, His Divine Holiness reminds us that – Freedom is not Free!
• VIDEO MANIPULATION AND MISPROJECTION OF WORDS: Paramahamsa Nithyananda, in his public statements clearly stated that – the video was morphed. Media houses manipulated even this statement and misprojected it as if Paramahamsa Nithyananda was affirming that the video was true and he was in the video.

• CONSPIRER COME FORWARD: In 2011, two people conspired with Lenin and came forward as witnesses to the victim-less rape case which Lenin has filed. One was Vinay Bharadwaj, and second was Aarthi Rao. Vinay Bharadwaj was a child molester. As a volunteer he had molested a child repeatedly and was thus kicked out. The parents of the child filed a case against Vinay.In an attempt to blackmail the parents, Vinay threatened them declaring that he would put a false case on Paramahamsa Nithyananda if child molestation case against him was not withdrawn. Neither Paramahamsa Nithyananda nor her parents bulged, and Vinay got convicted for child molestation with 4.75 years of imprisonment.
• VINAY BHARADWAJ, THE CONSPIRATOR LOST THE FALSE CASE AND FINED HALF A MILLION DOLLARS: Even during his trial he tried to escape the hands of justice by trying to register a ridiculous case of rape and unnatural sex against Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Vinay lost in this false case also, and was fined about ½ a million US dollars in USA. When Vinay was deported back to India, the Indian Court also upheld the USA Court judgment and fined Rs. 2.75 crores penalty for the sinister defamation. Even the media channels which supported him, ended up getting penalized to a tune of 5 million USD for criminal conspiracy and contempt of court.
• AARTHI RAO, THE CONSPIRATOR FINED HALF A MILLION DOLLARS: Likewise, the second false witness Aarthi Rao, claimed to be raped, and then later changed her statement to consensual rape. She changed the location, date and number of occurrences as per her convenience and on discussion with other conspirators. For instance, Aarthi Rao claimed to be raped in Salem on 1 Dec 2005, whereas her medical records reveal that she was in the US during that time, and Paramahamsa Nithyananda was not in Salem but in Bengaluru that time, conducting a spiritual workshop. The US courts could see her obvious lies and she was fined ½ million USD for making false public statements of being raped by Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
• On 7 June 2012, a press meet was called up to brief the media about the reality, evidences and updated facts. A few goons came along with the media and disrupted the press meet with physical violence. The hooligans illegally trespassed into the Aadheenam and engaged in atrocious physical violence. They broke open the head of one of the ashramites which had to be closed with several stitches. The violence was directed towards both men and woman. A second press meet was called and again the goons attacked. After this, for several days the media aired manipulated and defamatory coverage of this incidence. They even interviewed the Chief Minister of the State and asked for his opinion on their manipulated presentation of the attack, where they actually showed media as the victim.
• ILLEGAL ARREST: On 15th June 2012, Paramahamsa Nithyananda was illegally arrested. He wasn’t even physically present during the attack but the media played the victim card and put all the allegations and blame on Him. Defying all logic, facts, laws and circumstances, Paramahamsa Nithyananda who wasn’t even there during the outbreak of physical violence against his monks and residents of the temple monastery got arrested in a blatant contempt of law. The crime was clearly done by the goons and gundas, and recorded on camera as well, it was Swamiji who the police arrested.
• CONFESSION OF MORPHED VIDEO BY SUN TV COO: On 17th December 2012, The COO of SunTV, Hansraj Saxena confessed that his partner in SunTV and CEO Kalanidhi Maran created the morphed video of Paramahamsa Nithyananda for extortion purpose.Since 2010 video was released, Swamiji had declared he was not in the video, and he also voluntarily offered going through a potency test to proof, that he is impotent and not capable of any-kind of sexual act.
• In year 2014, the supreme court noted that the potency test was not required but if Swami-ji felt it would be an important evidence of his innocence he could very well go through the test.
• Swamiji goes through potency test and shows to the world that his male hormone – testosterone level was onlu 12.9 nano-gram per deciliter compared to a normal male adult having upto 1200 ng/dl.
• Swamiji testosterone level was even lower than new born male child, and adult woman. Neither Herpes virus nor HIV virus was found in Swamiji’s blood. The false rape victim had herpes infection. Herpes can spread with mere skin contact. Therefore it was not possible to rape her and not catch the disease. So the report clearly showed that Swami-ji never raped her. For proving this to the world, Paramahamsa Nithyananda took his divine body, divya shareera, through a severe test. The very next day he came to Satsang without any delay on his wheelchair for his devotees.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda said in his satsang, “They can put me on a wheelchair but I will still make people walk out of wheelchairs!” An elderly 80-year old lady, who came for the program happening during the same time, had been on wheelchair for almost 8 years, was able to walk by the end of the program.

The conspirators tried their best to stop this critical potency test and medical reports from appearing in the court. For this a petition had to be escalated from Civil Court, High Court all the way to up-to the Supreme Court to allow all evidences in favor of Paramahamsa Nithyananda to also be considered. Finally, in December 2017, the Supreme Court intervened and directed the lower court to considers all these evidences and proceed hastily.

Major Victories so far

$5 Million USD judgement against vested interests

On December 8, 2017, the USA Court fined Samaya TV, chief reporter Ranganath Bharadwaj with a $5 Million judgement for broadcasting false news about H.H. Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his USA mission. The fabricated “news” coverage was contempt of Court and an attempt to spread lies and false propaganda around the criminal conviction of child rapist Vinay K. Bharadwaj – declaring that Vinay Bharadwaj was “innocent” when the USA Court after a full trial had convicted child rapist Vinay Bharadwaj on multiple counts of serious child abuse and sentenced him to 4.75 years of prison sentence.

False rape victim fined $500,000 for false public statements

Ohio, USA — The United States District Court Southern District Of Ohio issued a judgment against the false rape victim in favor Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam (Case No. 2:13-CV-00526). The order stated, “It is hereby ADJUDGED,
ORDERED, and DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant Rao, in the amount of Four Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand, Two Hundred Eleven and 25/100 Dollars ($463,211.25), plus attorney’s fees
($10,568.30), plus costs ($603.20), plus post-judgment interest in the amount of 3% per annum.”

Child molester and his supporters lose more than $6 million USD

1. Child Molester Vinay Bharadwaj was convicted and sentenced to 4.75 years for three counts of child
   molestation of minor in Seattle Washington.
2. In the case of child molester Vinay K. Bharadwaj v. Nithyananda Foundation, et al (Case
   No.CIVRS1013793), Honorable Judge Keith Davis granted the defendant’s’ motion in its entirety and
   described the motion as “well taken”. And Vinay was fined nearly $500,000 after prolonged litigation,
   numerous motions, filings, hearings and rulings.
3. The Hon’ble Civil Court at Mysuru on 16th October 2017 gave a strong judgment against the child
   molester Vinay Bharadwaj who had made allegations of unnatural sex against Swami Nithyananda in
   order to blackmail to present persecution from his real crime of child molestation, Vinay Bharadwaj has
   been ordered to pay a sum of Rs. 2,74,94,447.5/- with interest at the rate of 9% p.a.
4. Kannada News Channel Samaya TV, aired a few thousand hours of defamatory news disrespecting
   courts of multiple countries and attacking Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The court fined the chief reporter
   a sum of $5 Million USD.

10, 15 days (fortnight) ago more and more people hit (visited) you tube to watch Swami Nithyananda’s discourse and Life Character, but for the last 15 days the  Scandal which is being discussed, and for which (scandal) is being hit (visited/ seen) it perhaps seems that he is the second number after Osama Bin Laden, in his own words;  let’s know from him what is the truth and the charges being alleged about the controversy. Let us find out what is the reality of the allegations.

Reporter-  “Swamiji, is there any property dispute behind it ?”

Swami Nithyananda-  “No. There is no property disputes.”

Reporter-  “And what kind of relation you have, you had with Tamil heroine, Ranjitha ?”

Swami Nithyananda-  “See, again I want to tell.  I do not want to talk much about the past and I have decided to start completely a new from tomorrow after the, from today I can say and I am dropping all the past into the Ganga and starting a new fresh energy and expressing new fresh spiritual energy.”

Reporter-  “Dharmananda so alleged that you had very kind of relations with men and women… “

Swami Nithyananda-  “No. No. No. No…. (smiles).  And it’s all lies.”

Reporter-  “And what is your future plan of action ?”

Swami Nithyananda-  “I will go into the extended silent meditation to heal the hurt caused to people because I am committed to healing people.”

Reporter-  “Once more peeking inside oneself, peeking inside the windows of one’s own mind (he) will see, after-all where the mistakes happened, where was the weak link because of which this whole uproar started. And he still has hopes that by meditation, by peeking inside oneself, by one’s own GPS system.  The system of God, God Positioning System, with that he will see inside himself. After all, at where was the wrong turn taken because of which this much uproar happened and by taking a U-turn he will once again try to re-establish himself.”
