$5 Million USD penalty levied against Karnataka News Channel Samaya TV by USA Court for defamation and civil conspiracy against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda through telecasting false news about Vinay Bharadwaj, convicted child rapist, who conspired against Paramahamsa Nithyananda and His mission.

On December 8, 2017, the Kannada news television channel Samaya TV, chief anchors Ranganath Bharadwaj and Kalavathi Bharadwaj were found guilty of defamation and civil conspiracy against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda by the USA Court – Superior Court of California, County of San Bernadino. The Court fined Samaya TV, chief reporter Ranganath Bharadwaj and Kalavathi Bharadwaj with a $5 Million judgement for broadcasting false news about Paramahamsa Nithyananda and His USA mission.
The fabricated “news” coverage was a contempt of Court and an attempt to spread lies and false propaganda around the criminal conviction of child rapist Vinay K. Bharadwaj – declaring that Vinay Bharadwaj was “innocent” when the USA Court after a full trial had convicted child rapist Vinay Bharadwaj on multiple counts of serious child abuse and sentenced him to 4.75 years of prison sentence. Vinay Bharadwaj is a false accuser of Paramahamsa Nithyananda and His mission. In a conspiracy with Vinay and his other associates, Samaya News channel telecasted the false news.
The statements on the public news television channel that were made and telecasted internationally are a serious contempt of Court and false, defamatory, maliciously motivated, libellous and slanderous against Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
The USA Court took strict notice and action against this highly contemptuous action of Samaya TV, the program host Ranganath Bharadwaj and participant Kalavathi Bharadwaj.
The case of Life Bliss Foundation Vs. Samaya TV, RSM Broadcasters Private Limited, Ranganath Bharadwaj and AV Kalavathi Bharadwaj (Case No: CIVRS 1410615 filed in the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino) was filed after the broadcasts of this highly defamatory and malicious false news in January 2014.

Vinay K. Bharadwaj after serving his prison sentence as a convicted child rapist has since been deported from USA to India by the USA Court for his shockingly deplorable acts against a minor girl child and is currently absconding from another $500,000+ penalty judgement in India ruled by the USA Court and upheld by the Hon’ble Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge & CJM at Mysuru, India on October 16, 2017.
Vinay K. Bharadwaj is one of the main accused and conspirators in the case of extortion, blackmailing, cheating and conspiracy which is undergoing trial in the XI Metropolitan Court, Saidapet Chennai, India Vinay K. Bharadwaj is also a witness in the false case filed by conspirator Lenin Karuppan in 2010 against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. On December 7, 2017, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India also gave a landmark judgement in favour of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, coming down heavily on the deliberate suppression of critical evidence against the conspirators Lenin Karuppan, the false rape victim, and the false witness Vinay Bharadwaj.
These evidences include:
1) The medical reports of the false rape victim Ms. Arathi Rao from 2004 to 2009 showing she has had 4 highly contagious and incurable STDs some of which are transmitted by mere touch
2) Her own email admission in mid-2009, six months after her last alleged instance of rape that she never had any kind of sexual relationship with Paramahamsa Nithyananda
3) Multiple proofs of discrepancies in the dates and locations of her alleged rape incidents, Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s medical reports showing he has never had any STDs ever and has a yogic body not capable of a sexual act with hormonal levels corresponding to that of a person aged 6
4) The critical witness statement of Ms Ranjitha stating that the morphed video showing her with Paramahamsa Nithyananda is false and morphed.
The conspirators are currently facing prosecution for the blackmail, extortion and criminal conspiracy against Paramahamsa Nithyananda at the trial Court in Chennai.
