The unjust and illegal attacks being lashed out at Sanyasis and devotees of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda offering daily ritualistic offerings to their deities at Pavazha Kundru, Tiruvannamalai, have not gone unnoticed by other Hindu Organizations operating in Tamil Nadu and other places, around the globe. They have voluntarily stepped forward to unite and oppose this malignant cancer which is growing rapidly and eating away the core of Hindu practices and lifestyle.
If left unchecked, the consequences will be irrevocable. The time for retaliatory action is NOW. All the different factions supporting the ideology and lifestyle of Hinduism must unite together to ensure their voice is heard and the illegal and unjust atrocities being continuously meted towards Hindu Saints, their disciples and organizations receive immediate justice.
Observing the unchecked and rampant rate of growth of incidents of violence and attacks against Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s Adi Nithyananda Peetham Pavazha Kundru Aadheenam, Tiruvannamalai, many supporting Hindu activist organisations have stepped forward to offer their support in fight the Hindu extremist militant nexus.

“In Tiruvannamalai , The Pavala kundru rock known as Sadashiva rock has been initiated by Paramahamsa Nithyananda and been worshipped for the past fifteen years. In that sacred place, drinking alcohol and beating the devotees in the name of land encroachment, attacking them with the alcohol bottles, all these miseries, we have video recorded and handed over to the police. One person who has been hurt is admitted in the hospital but no action has been taken till now. We have come all the way to know the reason. No police has enquired the one who is in hospital, but have given permission to protest for the opposite party who has given false accusations. We also asked that we want permission to protest on behalf of Hindu Munnani for the protection of hindu mutts and against those who have attacked but they have refused permission for us and given permission for them. We have told that we will defy the ban. Similarly for attacking Nithyananda’s disciples, three cases have been filed. Cases have not been filed for the incidents that took place right before the eyes of police. Police did not accept even the medical certificates. Police actions should not be based on only one side, that is why we have sieged the police station, on behalf of Hindu Munnani.” Reporter: Sir, Tahsildar have not given permission for doing pooja Hindu Munnani representative: Sorry, this is wrong information. Tahsildar has said directly to me that no ban is issued for any pooja ritual. Selvi. Uma Maheshwari has said this directly to me. Reporter: So there is permission for pooja. Hindu Munnani Representative: Tahsildar Selvi. Una maheshwari said that ‘There is permission for everyone to do pooja, it is my responsibility to give protection’. Based on this, pooja is being done regularly. On Sundays and every other day, the place very close to where pooja is done, they keep sending people to drink alcohol and grab money. How can you justify this? These kind of incidents should not happen again. We asked police protection for a sacred hindu worship place, against those who scare and disrupt. They sent police for two days and stopped from third day. These kind of discriminations should not be there. We have come to police station to complaint that the police department and tamilnadu government do not give any protection for hindu mutts.

I am Saraswathi, I have come to support Nithyananda Swami’s ashram. Tiruvannamalai is a hindu spiritual place. So many sanyasis who have been born and brought up in other states have ashrams here. Those ashrams have grown and no objection was shown. Nithyananda is born and brought up from tiruvannamalai, he is from tamil nadu. He is a tamilian. He is not a parpana or a north indian. He is born and brought from tiruvannmalai, tamilnadu. He played in this mountain. He grew up with the sanyasis from here. He served the sanyasis. From that service, he also got initiated as a sanyasi. There are more than ten ashrams in tiruvannamalai. No objection for those ashrams, but they obeject and do politics for this one. Why because they are not based on brahmins. If you see His growth, 376 cities has His ashrams, educational institution, medical institution. His ashrams are in 130 countries. The whole world is welcoming Him. A tamilian has grown this much. But tiruvannamalai, the place where He was born and brought up is objecting him because a lot of politics is being done based on Him. Those who have come from other places, you have welcomed them, blessed them, given funds and have helped them grow. What did Nithyananda do? We are here to extend our support for the protection of His ashram here against those who protest for whatever reason they have. We will go to any extent to show our support to Him.

Besides the names listed above, many more are willingly joining hands to offer their support to fight for justice for Hindus to freely live and practice their religion.
The point to be noted is that, inspite of organizing peaceful protests and presenting memorandums to the Government Officials and Administrators, so far our voice has fallen on deaf ears. No action has been taken in favor. Such is the depth of the infiltration of Hindu extremist sentiments engrained in the psyche of the administrators that they feel compelled to not take any action and allow the atrocities to carry on, unabashedly.
All Hindu followers and Hindu Activists must unite and increase the intensity of their demand for justice to save Hinduism from further attacks.
