Illegal occupants, Sudhakar and his sons, continue their verbal and physical defilement of sacred places by throwing vulgar insults at female sanyasis residing in the Aadheenam (temple monastery complex). They also deliberately throw meat onto the holy ground, to hurt the sacred Hindu sentiments.

In Hindu tradition, the killing of any being is the worst crime that can be comitted by anyone. In places that are considered sacred and holy, if the meat killed for the purpose of eating enters, it disturbs the sanctity of the place. In temples, a prayaschitta, an act or ritual that restores the pure space after unknowingly making a mistake, has to be conducted. The ritualistic procedures for the prayaschitta for meat entering into temple grounds, costs millions of dollars. This was the muslim strategy to rob the temples of their funds, by deliberately dropping meat in the temple premisis.
Though not a temple, an aadheenam, where sanyasis reside and grow their consciousness, is also extremely sacred and pure. Meat being thrown in is considered one of the most terrible abuses against Hindu entities.
Sudhakar’s sons deliberately committed these acts in the Trishulam Aadheenam property. In response, the resident sanyasis filed a complaint for hurting their religious sentiments.

The land which belongs to the petitioner had been encroached by a person called sudakar. When asked to vacate he had denied to vacate.apart from this wif of sudakar , manimekala is throwing meat on the sanyasis place and when about this , is using abusive and fowl language.
