The Trishulam Adheenam property legally belonged to the Valli Ramanathan after her grandmother had passed it on to her in her will. However, over time two families illegally occupied the land. Sudhakar and his family lived in four huts in the land.
Ever after giving a formal notice to vacate the land, they did not leave. On top of that, they regularly verbally abused the female sanyasis who began staying in on the Trishulam Aadheenam property.
COMPLAINT FILED BY MA NITHYA BHAKTIKANANADA SWAMI:
This complaint is given by Valli. She is stating that she is residing in her 3 acre land along with her fellow sanyasis.on 20 march 2017, a person called sudakar pleaded to allow him to stay in the place in a small hut. He said he would vacate the place whenever he was asked to and he gave the same in writing also.
Sudakar is a drunkard and daily he comes drinking which is affecting our peaceful way of life.he is blackmailing us daily. His wife and daughter rexpose themselves in their saree and blouse and blame us and give false complaint against us.
Sudkar’s son throws meat flesh inside our residential area and when we went outside to throw it, sudakar’s wife used abusive and fowl fowl language agaist one of the sanyasi called yogaswaroopananda.
Since these people are entering our residential area, blackmailing us , creating danger to our life and properties , and sudakar’s mother shouting at us, take the needful actions against them.
