Appalling audacity of false rape victim Aarthi Rao for not paying the fine of half a million dollars, has attracted a strong response from the US Federal Court, ordering her to appear in court for disposition. Earlier, she was slapped fine for her unscrupulous intention of maligning His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s character. She may invite penalty for her constant non-compliance of the Court.
US Court ordered Aarthi Rao and her husband to appear in the court regarding the false rape case which they filed and eventually lost against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Aarthi Rao was fined $463,211.25 or half a million dollars for falsely accusing His Holiness. Her failure to abide by the law has resulted in the US court ordering her along with her husband to show up and explain the reason for contempt of court and disobedience of the judgement. Their failing to show up this time can attract penalty for the offense of contempt against court orders.
