Sun TV network CEO Kalanaidhi Maran – chief conspirator in false case against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda – on the run now from CBI in huge criminal probe.
Sun Television Network CEO Kalanidhi Maran, a chief co-conspirator in creating and spreading the morphed video featuring His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda for purposes of TRP, blackmailing and extortion, has been on the run from Indian police, trapped in a multi-crore telephone exchange scam probe.
Airing the morphed video 24×7 for several days in March 2010 and thereafter also while telecasting every bit of false news fabricated on Paramahamsa Nithyananda for TRP rating, Sun TV Network led the entire media mafia into the meticulously planned attempt to defame Paramahamsa Nithyananda through a huge criminal conspiracy with other criminals such as Lenin Karuppan (a criminal with multiple charges of money cheating, criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation who spent 108 days in prison), Aarathi Rao (whose false rape cases were discredited by the US courts), Vinay Bharadwaj (multiple count child rapist convicted by the US courts) , Nakkheeran (owner of a Tamil tabloid and booked in several civil and criminal defamation and other cases) and others.
Now, defrauding even his own home Government in the telephone exchange scam, Kalanidhi Maran is as on date completely absconding from CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) enquiry. The CBI is tightening its noose around Kalanidhi Maran and his brother Dayanidhi Maran both of whom are absconding today.

Swami Nithyanand, has hit out SunTV and local magazine Nakkeeran for defaming Him, and airing and distributing doctured clips. The Tainted swami has told in an exclusive interview to Times NOW, Nithyanand has infact blamed Kalanithi Maran alleging that this is being done to defame Him. And its all happening because of personal vendatta.
What is the main contention now? Do you mean SunTV and Kalanithi Maran for the entire controersy surrounding that video?.
Swamiji: What I am saying, whoever, we have eveidence. We have described all those names in our complaints. So Whatever evidence we have, we are providing to the police.The names we have are Nakkeran Gopal, Nakkeran Kamaraj, SUN TV Saxena and Ayyappan, the lawyer Sreedhar claiming to be representative of SUN TV. These names only I can tell.

Do you blame Kalanithi Maran, you think, you do suspect Kalanithi Maran is behind all this.
Swamiji: I can give you a separate press meet.. (Swamiji laughs..)

Swamiji: I am actually collecting all the evidences of their religious persecution on our organization.
All these evidences and the chargesheet which is going to be filed by the police, will be submitted to US, International religous Freedom council, and we will request, actually the, US Hindu Federation has already taken the cognitions of this matter.. They are going to submit this to the religious Freedom council. And request them to black list SUN TV and their whole officials.

Swamiji: I am not suspecting DMK, because still the top many DMK people, come to my ashram, for spiritual reasons, healing and all that. So I dont suspect DMK.
