Claiming herself to be a victim, Arathi Rao repeatedly misses to make her appearance in court in the United States to stand trial for her charges against His Divine Holiness, Paramahamsa Nithyananda until she has to be extradited for contempt.
In March 2010, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda was subjected to a media trial by making viral an infamous video depicting Him in morphed images.
Devotees of Paramahamsa Nithyananda were subjected to excruciating emotional pain to have to witness the scandalous treatment being meted towards their spiritual Guru by the media. After a period of six months, Arathi Rao stepped forward as a victim.
And now, with multiple failures to appear, numerous false accusations, and contempt of the court prove false rape victim is abusing the judiciary in a nefarious plot against Nithyananda. Now, Arathi Rao’s deliberate contempt of court leads to start of extradition process in USA to force her to testify in the false cases she brought.
Ann Arbor, MI (USA) – On October 9, 2014 the Honorable Court of The Trial Court for the County of Washtenaw in the State of Michigan, USA ordered a Bench Warrant for Arrest against Arathi S. Rao for her failure to appear before the Court in the hearing of the case 13-714-CZ.
Since Mrs. Arathi Rao, a US citizen, has been out of her home country and living in India since the past 3 years without returning to her home country inspite of several summons by various Courts in USA (Courts in the States of Michigan, California, Ohio, St. Louis) the execution of the arrest warrant issued by the USA Court for her contempt of court is being escalated into extradition proceedings already underway to bring Mrs. Rao, a U.S. citizen, back to the U.S. from India.
