False accuser and chief co-conspirator against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda – Arathi Rao – faces embarassment as the U.S. Federal Court throws out her cases as sheer bogus thus declaring the complaints made against her by the organisation of Paramahamsa Nithyananda as true and admitted.

Arathi Rao one of the chief co-conspirators and false accusers of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, filed a case in the ‘United States District Court For the Southern District of Ohio Easter Division falsely accusing Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his organisation of violating her.
She repeatedly embarrassed herself in court by failing to appear for mandatory depositions, and even to her own bankruptcy hearing. Today she was finally shown the door. In a huge victory for followers of Paramahamsa Nithyananda who filed a complaint against her, the U.S. Federal Court rendered justice as under:
1) Dismissed Aarthi Rao’s accusations of abuse against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda
2) Linked her to her role in the fabricated morphed video against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda
3) Issued $463,211 dollar judgement against her for damages caused by her deliberately blackmailing His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, and her repeated abuse of legal system and failure to appear in court to substantiate her bogus claims. The court further mentioned that Aarathi Rao had suppressed from revealing to the US Court, her role in the said false case in India.
The US Courts, through their transparent and expedited legal system gave quick closure to Aarathi Rao’s malicious and fraudulent cases against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

Ohio, USA – The United States District Court Southern District Of Ohio issued a judgment against Mrs. Aarthi S. Rao and in favor of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam of Columbus in Delaware, Ohio (NDC) (Case No. 2:13-CV-00526). The order states, “It is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant Rao, in the amount of Four Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand, Two Hundred Eleven and 25/100 Dollars ($463,211.25), plus attorney’s fees ($10,568.30), plus costs ($603.20), plus post-judgment interest in the amount of 3% per annum.”
Further, the court also found “The allegations contained in Plaintiff’s Complaint are deemed admitted as true against Defendant (Aarathi Rao).”
Further quoting from the US court order: “The complaint against Rao (Aarathi Rao) was based on Rao’s defamatory acts, including but not limited to false rape and abuse claims against H.H. Paramahamsa Nithyananda, the spiritual head of NDC, and her role in the morphing of the false video of purportedly Nithyananda. These false claims levied by Rao against Nithyananda, combined with her incessant statements of Nithyananda followers of being “brainwashed” and also “cult” members caused immense and irreparable damages to NDC.”
