Mix up of calendar dates lands the accuser, Aarthi Rao in a soup.
In March 2010, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda was subjected to a media trial by making viral an infamous video depicting Him in morphed images.
In a unusual turn of events, dates published by Aarti Rao of when she was so called ‘raped’ do not match with the calendar of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
On one such date claim, Paramahamsa Nithyananda was in Salem, Tamil Nadu conducting a meditation program when Aarthi Rao alleges that she was raped in Bangalore. This is the most bizarre claim one can make. The CID of Police realizing that if this was the case then the charges of rape on Paramahamsa Nithyananda drop in credibility, derailing the entire smear campaign leashed out to malign and decimate the public image of Paramahamsa Nithyananda.

If there had been even one incidence of rape in my life that date would of been etched in my memory like Friday the 13th. Forever and ever it would of been the most unforgettable date in my life. This lady Aarthi Rao is claiming multiply incidences of rape. In her first statement to the CID she is not able to give any dates. Subsequently, she gives a second statement in which she is able to give some dates.
Let us take one of those dates. She is citing an incidence of rape in a place called Salem. On that very same date according to her own medical records she is in the US in consultation with her doctor and there is proof of record for that. And on that very same date, Swamiji is conducting a meditation class in the Bidadi Ashram in Bangalore. So how did that rape happen ? Is it a remote rape, well if it is then I think Aarthi Rao has a lot to contribute to technology. I am sorry I have to be joking about this but this case has been blown so out of proportion that such basic truths in this case have become irrelevant to the case itself. It is like the case is so big these truths have become so small.
So how did this remote rape happen. Well for a matter of fact, Swamiji’s tour schedules are published very widely on the website, known to all. On this particular instance his tour actually under went a change and that change was not updated in his website. And Aarthi Rao has picked apparently all her dates of her alleged abuse from his tour schedules on his website. And unfortunately this instance was not updated and so she went with what was there on the website. Whereas what actually happened was that Swamiji was in Bidadi conducting a meditation class. And I happened to be the person who missed the updation at that time. I happened to be the webmaster at that time actually didn’t do the updation.

Her testimony on where she was is fabricated based on Swamiji’s location in his published online events calendar. But turns out he was in a totally different city and his webmaster just forgot to update the website. Now her story about her whereabouts don’t add up. OOPS.
Oh wait… even if she WAS in Salem, India that wouldn’t make sense either.
She claims to have been forced into oral sex on Dec 1, 2005 in Salem at a meditation workshop because that’s where Swamiji’s original website calendar indicated he would be, conducting a meditation workshop.
But turns out he made a last minute change and was in a completely different city, as shown by video evidence. Turns out Swamiji’s webmaster just forgot to update the events calendar.
OOPS. Sorry caught lying again.
Hey Aarthi, next time you are fabricating a story to try to place yourself in the same city/country as the accused, at least check to make sure his events calendar is updated so you don’t look foolish.
