Don’t dish it out if you can’t take it: USA court issues release of Aarthi Rao’s medical records from 2004 showing she has at least 4 non-treatable highly contagious STDs all over her body. Casts big doubt on her story of being raped 50+ times.
Meanwhile, His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s medical tests show that He has no STDs. Meanwhile, Aarthi Rao is a bubbling cauldron of STDs since 2004 (6 years before the first accusations).
So ask yourself: how could He have possibly raped this lady 50+ times and never caught anything?
In response to His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda application to procure the medical records of Aarthi Rao, which was essential to prove His innocence in the false case for which He was facing a life sentence, the State of Michigan 22nd Judicial District Court issued a subpoena (judicial order) to the University of Michigan Hospitals (where Aarthi Rao went for medical treatment from at least 2004) to:
“produce any and all medical records, reports, and test results from 2005 through 2010 regarding patient AarthiRao, D/O/B:12/23/1973, Address: 3118 Village Circle, Ann Arbor, MI 48108”

We had in front of us news reports that the alleged rape victim claimed to some sections of the Indian media, that the medical records were false and fabricated.
So could the medical records be authenticated? Who would best know the veracity of the records – the doctor (personal physician as they are referred to in USA) who treated her.
We got access to the affidavit proof that the personal physician of the alleged rape victim had authenticated the medical records to be submitted to the Court as per the summons.
Now that the veracity of the medical report was established, we can see what the medical records have to say.
The authenticated verified reports show she has 4 highly contagious, incurable STDs since at least 2004, which is a year before her first alleged rape in 2005.
Swami Nithyananda’s medical report of the tests conducted on Him by the CID (Crime Investigation Department) wing of the police shows He never had any STD.
It is medically IMPOSSIBLE to have not contracted the highly contagious STD – Genital Herpes – if any sexual encounter, rape or consensual, had indeed happened. The STD is 40% more contagious than even HIV, and more importantly, it does not even need sexual intercourse to get transmitted, but can spread just through saliva or the fluid in the blisters anywhere in the body.
The alleged rape victim’s medical record even goes on to state that she had the outbreaks of the STDs every month. So, there is no chance that Swami Nithyananda would not have been infected with the STD if He really had any type of sexual relationship with her, especially as often as she claims – more than 120 times.
This itself shows all the 120 alleged incidents of rape and oral sex are patently false, bogus and maliciously motivated.
The hospital produced the records as per the court order. The medical records reveal shocking facts including:
1. Aarthi Rao’s medical records show that she has one of the most highly contagious STDs – genital herpes (at least 40% more contagious than HIV according to HIV Insite study by University of California, San Francisco) since at least 2004 ,which gets transmitted just by skin to skin contact and does not even need physical intercourse to transmit. This disease is incurable.
2. Sri Nithyananda Swami’s medical test records indicate He does not have any STD, and could not ever have had because the STD herpes itself is incurable.
This proves clearly that there was no physical contact between Sri Nithyananda Swami and Aarthi Rao in any form whatsoever. This clearly proves Aarthi Rao is completely lying about her complaint of rape, physical intercourse, oral sex, etc., for over 5 years from 2005 through 2009.
3. Aarthi Rao’s medical record of 19 July 2005 says: “…in a monogamous relation with her husband.” How does Aarthi Rao say she is in a monogamous relationship if she had alleged sexual relation with Sri Nithyananda Swami?
4. Aarthi Rao is in USA as per her medical records on 30 November 2005 which is 1 December 2005 in India when she visited the doctor that day for her disease:
“Aarthi Rao is a 31-year old female with a past history significant for HSV who presents with a lesion on her right buttock ….She has had other areas similar to this on the buttocks and thighs occasionally. She is also worried about an area of itchy skin on her bilateral thighs.
She is leaving tomorrow for a 4-month visit to India.”
Aarthi Rao claims to be forced into oral sex by Sri Nithyananda Swami in Salem on December 1, 2005, when she was not even in India and as per Aadheenam video archives, while Sri Nithyananda Swami was not even in Salem, but in Bidadi Aadheenam conducting the Nithyananda Spurana Program (NSP).
How such a discrepancy?
Aarthi Rao evidently wrote up her rape chronicle referencing the calendar of Sri Nithyananda Swami which is available on the organization website. Unfortunately for her, in this instance, the program scheduled in Salem was rescheduled but the Webmaster forgot to update the new schedule on the website.
5. Aarthi Rao’s medical record of 3 June 2010 says:
“The patient is concerned she had exposure to a new partner 1 year ago and reports using condoms for contraception. She wonders if through oral sex or that episodes of vaginal intercourse she was exposed to sexually transmitted disease.”
Aarthi Rao admits she had a ‘new partner’ in 2009, and had oral sex and vaginal intercourse with this person who was HIV positive. In July 2005, after multiple incidents of her alleged rape, Aarthi Rao says she is in a monogamous relation with her husband. Then in 2010, she says she has a ‘new partner’ since 2009, after all the incidents of alleged rape. Then by her own admission where is the question of Sri Nithyananda Swami having any kind of alleged relationship with her?
