M. Jagathalapradapan made several mischievous false complaints abusing the legal system directed against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
M. Jagathalapradapan asked the court to find out and seize the Margatha Lingam. Both the Madurai Aadheenam and the HR&CE who were also made respondents to this petition said such a Lingam did not even exist. The police who was also a respondent called M. Jagathalapradapan for inquiry for which he never turned up in the police station yet had the audacity to file this frivolous complaint. The police in it’s reply to this petition cited this abuse of legal system done by M. Jagathalapradapan.
Feeding off the chaos, TV channels telecasted false propaganda that Margatha Lingam in Madurai Aadheenam was stolen.
In no surprise, the entire case was baseless and an attempt to harass and present His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda in a bad light in front of the judiciary, in order to hijack and destroy the Madurai Aadheenam and His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda by trapping him in a complex matrix of false lawsuits, media attacks and physical assassination attempts which was aimed at paralyzing His self-defense and executing Him in a clean silent way.
