Lenin Karuppan, key accused in the March 2010 conspiracy against Paramahamsa Nithyananda, was issued second non bailable warrant in the extortion and blackmail case filed against him by one of the administrators of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam.

The anticipatory bail petition filed by Lenin and his brother Kumar was dismissed today at the Sessions Court in, Chennai, Tamilnadu. Lenin, his brother Kumar and Co-conspirator Prasannna Kumar are still in hiding in connection with the case filed by ashram administration against nine accused for charges of extortion, criminal intimidation and criminal conspiracy. The Tamil Nadu CB CID are trying to ascertain to their whereabouts. Adheenam (Ashram) administration’s complaint is against Sun network Saxena, his assistant Iyyappan, Nakkheeran Gopal and Kamraj, Lenin Karuppan, his brother Kumar and his co-conspirators Aarthi Rao, Prasanna Kumar and lawyer Sridhar in connection with the release of the morphed video attempting to defame His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda and the criminal harassments thereafter.
On the 29th of October 2011, Lenin was issued a SECOND non bailable warrant from the Ramnagara Magistrate court in Karnataka for the case filed against him by Ma Ranjitha for several criminal charges. The Ramnagara court also issued a second summons to Arati Rao and Advocate Sridhar in connection with the same case. Here are the links to the posting by popular news media
