Deccan Chronicle vulgarly depicts Paramahamsa Nithyananda in the wake of the morphed video release to defame His character and instigate distrust of Hindu Gurus.
In this very obscene article, Deccan Chronicle features a vulgar caricature of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda next to a controversial politician with the title “Seasons of sexcapades,” implying that they’re equally guilty of similar crimes. Following the release of a morphed video of Paramahamsa Nithyananda with a Tamil actress, the media jumped to conclusions about Him and His character. If DC was interested in presenting the truth to educate the public, they would not have posted such an offensive picture and a completely bias angle of the story without any evidence. It is very clear that DC has malintent in publishing this and denigrating the image of Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The audience reading this will not only lose respect for Him but will instinctively believe that all spiritual Gurus are not to be trusted. When the most publicity a Guru get in the Indian media is controversial and usually sexual in nature, the public will only carry the opinion that Gurus are deceitful and exploitive. This kind of faulty generalisation leads to the cultural genocide of an entire spiritual tradition.

After Swami Nithyananda presented his defence on TIMES NOW. It looks like the authority are not buying any of it.Swami Nithyananda in an exlusive interview told the channel that part of the video is morphed and manipulated .He had not gone into the hiding after the video immerged .Most interesting is that he admits that it is indeed him in the video and that claim has prompted both Tamilnadu and Karnataka government to stick to their stand.
