Lenin actually filed a false rape case (WITHOUT naming a victim), and to justify his false case he used the video which he himself morphed!!
In the wake of media sensationalism, everyone was waiting to pounce on Swamiji and crucify him, nobody seemed to stop and ask before he was arrested if there was an actual VICTIM named. Nevermind that the faked video doesn’t even show any sexual activity or rape, Lenin actually files a case based on the video he himself morphed!!
When the perverse interest of the video reached a climax, Lenin Karuppan files a false rape charge against Nithyananda, alleging that Nithyananda is raping the person in the video. Despite the fact that there were no actual victims, and the video itself shows no sexual activity, and definitely no rape, and the woman supposedly in the video herself vehemently denied any sexual involvement.
The complaint made against Swamiji does not have any mention or name or description of rape.
But Lenin registered a FIR (First Information Report) – accusing Swamiji of rape as the main offence in 2010.
